I payed 30.00 Euro,for a delivery,four days pass,i had to contact the company because the email,said it was delivered/text said it had been delivered.
I had nothing,i rang the company,i was told the lorry driver rang my mobile,"LIE" and that his lorry could not fit down the road,never had a problem before,i had to jump in my jeep,travel down to pick up my product,where it was dropped,outside the door of a business.I can understand a HGV lorry not been able to travel down a rural road but to lie,about a phone call,is not very nice.If i had a phone call from the driver,i would of went up to collect the product,no problem at all.

Click and just about collect
Funny that you should say "this time". It must be a regular occurrence to get bad reviews.
I ordered an electric shower online and opted for click and collect .
When I arrived I followed the signs to the click and collect area down the back of the yard. I waited a few minutes for assistance only to be told that I needed paperwork before getting my purchase and that I needed to go to the counter inside the shop. I could just as easily have made the purchase instore. I went to the plumbing counter but there was nobody there. There were 4 or 5 lads at another counter just chatting so I approached them. I explained my situation and was told to go to the plumbing counter. I said that there was nobody there and was told that there should be 2 people there. Reluctantly 1 of the lads came down and began scratching about behind the counter until eventually someone from the plumbing counter came strolling along with a coffee in hand.
He eventually sorted the paperwork,at no great speed,may I add and then handed me out the shower. I then walked back to my car and proceeded to the exit where the security man refused to allow me out because I didn't have a pink slip. I showed him my receipt but that wasn't good enough. I had to repark my car,go back to the wait all day plumbing counter to get the pink slip. This didn't happen with any sense of urgency either. Eventually I got out but overall the whole experience was a shambles. Customer care and satisfaction didn't exist in Chadwicks and I most definitely won't be back in a hurry.

Sales staff were very helpful and had a good knowledge of the wood products that I wanted to order. The delivery driver was helpful and placed the wood to the side of my driveway even though it was difficult to do as the road I live on is very narrow.

I shouldn’t be able to order something online that you don’t have or don't do anymore.

Delivery arrived pretty promptly
Delivery arrived pretty promptly, all correct as ordered, the only thing stopping me awarding 5 stars was a couple of lengths of timber had slightly damaged/poorly finished ends.
