Excellent experience
I've uploaded my documents to the Certling website to receive a quote and order a certified translation. The process was really transparent; I could go back in the browser and exclude some parts of the document to see how the reduced word count would affect the price (I found an explanation on Reddit and a video on YouTube). I repeated the process several times to understand what are the most cost-effective options for me; it was easy to do it in the online tool. I paid by card, and the translation was delivered the next day.

Excellent customer service
Customer service is top notch. I paid to translate my husbands birth certificate and they spelled his name wrong in the translation initially (things happen) but once I was in communication with customer service they responded quickly and fixed the issue within minutes. Would definitely recommend. Also, cheaper than other translation services.

I had to get my birth certificate translated for NVC processing. I saw a recommendation for Certling for certified translation services on a Reddit post and decided to give it a try. It was convenient, and all done online. Service was quick and professional. They reached out to clarify some handwriting to ensure everything is correct and my paperwork was accepted.
