I emailed you about my issue and you didn’t respond. I did not receive any certificate or report of the test. You then charge me £39.90 for a subscription service that you don’t clearly state on your website.
I called to resolve the issue and get a refund and you hang up on me.
What you are doing is theft and fraudulent.
Your website is not clear what you are actually offering and for what price.
You are not transparent and you are misleading your customers about the cost of your service by being vague and ambiguous.
Your positive reviews are fake and eventually your scam will be found out for what it is. You have one person on your team taking calls and pretending to consult with other colleagues. It’s an absolute farce.

Took £39.90 from my account after…
Took £39.90 from my account after taking 50p test. If you cancel subscription within 14 days you are entitled to a refund.
It states it on there website:
10. waiver of the legal right of withdrawal - cancellation and refund of a subscription
“No request for a refund of a Subscription will be permitted if received after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the first Subscription to the Services.”
“All requests for refunds prior to the fourteen (14) day expiration period may be made by telephone or email to our customer support department. Customer Support will respond within 48 hours, and refunds will be processed within 72 hours.”
But they try to tell you that they can’t issue you a refund hoping you’ll believe them and go away. I’m still trying to get my my back after emailing and ring them

Forces you into a subscription, but doesn't tell you
I only wanted a one of IQ test for 50p which I thought could be fun so i gave it ago, then a few days later it charged me nearly £40 for a subscription which I didn't agree too and is a total ripoff! Shady, scummy website, avoid!
Edit: Asked for a refund and they have refused such a disgusting website, shame on them, scamming people! It say its advertised for a 48h trial period but it isn't. AVOID AVOID AVOD!

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT!! They make you believe you are paying a one time £0.50P fee to download your certificate but then ended up taking £40 out of your account within two days without any prior information. Their customer support is very rude. they will just tell you that it was your fault you didnt read the whole t&c. they are not there on any socila media that you can contact them.

I, like others have been charged £39.90for a subscription I did not buy. I did 1 test which charged me £0.50 but after that they charged me £39.90 again.
I did not signup to this. I don't know how they can just charge me without setting up my account? I have emailed the contact to see if they will refund me. If I do I will update this review

Misleading!
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Certified IQ, which I feel compelled to share as a warning to others. Initially, they charged a nominal fee of 50p for an IQ test, which seemed reasonable. However, without any clear warning or consent, an additional £39.50 was withdrawn from my account two days later. This lack of transparency and misleading billing practice is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business ethics.
Furthermore, the quality and accuracy of the IQ test offered are highly questionable. Having previously scored 115 on the Mensa IQ test, the score of 132 provided by this site was surprisingly inflated, casting serious doubts on their testing standards and credibility.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for clarification, the response was rudely dismissive, indicating a troubling level of unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for customer satisfaction or feedback.
This experience has been nothing short of a scam, designed to exploit and mislead users. I urge everyone to steer clear of this service and seek out more reputable and transparent options for IQ testing. It’s disheartening to see such predatory practices in what should be a field of intellectual development and self-assessment. Please, do not fall victim to this deceitful scheme.

Got charged with £39.50
Got charged with £39.50, after a few days of doing the test. Contacted both email and phone customer service. Phone customer service told me that they cancelled my subscription and forwarded my refund request to the appropriate department.
Will update if i receive my refund.
(15/03/24) Update: they contacted me through trustpilot asking for reference and email, but once I've sent it, they haven't contacted me back. Still haven't received my refund.

Never subscribed but got charged for a month.
Paid £0.50 for a test, never subscribed to anything and got charged £39.90.
No email reminding you of the payment, no email saying you were subscribed, nothing.
I called them and said they can’t refund it, emailed them and no reply.
I’ve seen reviews from people getting a refund so I know it’s possible, not as the person on the phone said and hang out without giving me time to speak.

I paid 50p for a personality test which…
I paid 50p for a personality test which was great but was then charged a £39.90 subscription fee. I was never given an option to set up and account or agree to start a subscription. Have asked for a refund and will change review if I receive one

You do there IQ test then it gives you an option to download the certificate for 50p normally £5 but then 2 days later they take £39.50 from your account even though you have not agreed to a subscription, You get no login details for your so-called account and no email sent to confirm you have setup a subscription and you speak to there call helpline and they just say you have a subscription and they will direct you to there website to check the t+c. They took my money
I'm writing to address an issue regarding an unauthorized charge of £39.90 for a subscription that I did not purchase. Initially, I only intended to complete one test, which charged me £0.50. Misleading
I took and iq test which I believe to be 50p,i was in total shock when I looked on my bank account to find £39 pending. I feel this was very misleading as I only took the test thinking I only had to pay 50p. Really disappointed!!
At no point did I agree to pay 39.90. I have also sent various emails to them asking for proof of payment that I agreed to which you have not sent me. You took 50p out of my account which I agreed to, but at no point did I agree to 39.90. I would like a refund please. I haven't even downloaded the certificate,or given a reference number.
