Very disappointed
I have bought 2 courses and am struggling to even complete the first. It is unbelievably repetitive, completely done through AI and - while half way through the ADHD coach course - I have not found any value to the content. Very disappointed.

Hidden charges
Can't comment on the course content as I never got that far. The price shown at checkout was displayed in GBP(£) but when I went to pay the price was nearly £15 more with no explanation. When I emailed to query this is was told that it states in the terms and conditions (which I had to go searching for to confirm as it isn't immediately obvious where to find this) that the price will be shown in your home currency but is actually converted to your own currency from USD($) and there may be charges for currency exchange. I could understand and additional couple of pounds but nearly £15?!? It says in the hard to find conditions that you should email to find out the actual course price in your currency prior to purchase. So a company that promotes instant access to your course content for anywhere in the world is only instant access if you live in the United States as anywhere else you have to email to find out the actual price and wait for a response before you can decide to purchase or not. And I'm really disappointed because the course content looked great but the hidden price increase has put me off massively
Follow up - I received a further email from customer service acknowledging this issue and providing a discount code to bring to price to the amount shown at check out and am satisfied with this outcome and have now purchased the course.

Certified Excellence’s training feedback
Certified Excellence’s training Platform is excellent for learning new topics. Syllabus for each topic is designed thoughtfully. It allows you to down load study material in word, pdf and audio format. I have completed three training programs so far. I am extremely satisfied. Further I suggest to include small diagrams relevant to subtopics to substantiate write up.

Gracias.
