Ho fatto con voi già tre corsi, che mi hanno tutti pienamente soddisfatta. I contenuti sono facilmente consultabili ed estremamente ricchi. Audio perfetti. Da migliorare l’attenzione sulle immagini generate da AI, ma è davvero l’unica pecca. A parte questo inconveniente, più estetico che sostanziale, ho apprezzato moltissimo il corso di guarigione energetica e di coach per la salute olistica delle donne. Interessante anche quello di coach per la gestione dello stress che ha ampliato le mie tecniche di trattamento olistico. Grazie.

I purchased two courses from 'Certified Excellence' expecting proprietary expertise. Instead, the content was clearly unedited AI output, generic, repetitive, and lacking the human insight promised by the brand name.

When I requested a refund, the company initially hid behind their '30-day/50% completion' policy. They only issued a full refund after I challenged them on the Misrepresentation Act and informed them I would be contacting their accrediting bodies (IPHM/CMA) to report that they are selling AI-generated scripts as professional training.

If you are looking for genuine, human-authored expertise, look elsewhere. If you have already bought and feel misled, do not let them tell you a refund is impossible, under consumer law, 'not as described' overrides their internal policies

The merchant’s reply below is misleading. They claim I received a "certificate" I did not. I rejected the course because the content was poor-quality AI. They also claim the refund was a "significant exception." In reality, they only refunded me after I cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and threatened a Bank Chargeback and a report to the IPHM/CMA for misrepresentation.

To be clear:

AI Content: They admit they use AI. However, there is a massive difference between a "tool" and selling raw, unedited AI scripts as "Expert" training.

The "Refund Policy": Their policy does not override the law. If a product is "not as described" (AI vs. Human Expert), you are legally entitled to a refund. They didn't do this out of "goodwill"; they did it because they knew they would lose a bank dispute.

Accreditation: I have formally reached out to the accrediting bodies to question how unedited AI-slop meets their professional standards.

Don't let their polite tone fool you. If you want a refund for their AI content, you have to fight for it, they won't give it to you just by asking nicely.

I love the courses! They are easy to navigate and the material can be downloaded. Very well put together! I will be taking more courses for sure!

I have taken many courses with Certified Excellence and in my opinion, each and every one provides valid and substantial information pertinent to the topic. Information is easy to understand in addition to easy to apply within the everyday, whether for personal use or professional use. Topics are interesting and engaging. Love the fact that an individual can go at their own pace. Quizzes at the end are a great way to confirm that the material has been fully digested and clearly understood. I did contact customer service with an inquiry and they were amazing in responding within a short period of time. I could go on and on about Certified Excellence and the high quality of courses that they offer but the only way is to experience it for yourself. So happy I found them and will continue taking courses with them.

I completed the journal therapy program.
Wished to add something else to my repertoire of coaching. There are 9 modules with 9 plus lessons each.

The ease of going at one’s pace was delightful. Some days I was able to go through many lessons, due to my time. At the end of each module was an exam to making sure you comprehended the info.

Am very pleased with the curriculum and topics. Informative. Definitely armed with various resources to support my clients.

If you are seeking a program that won’t break the bank, certified excellence is a great option. Very straightforward program. Pleased that one can go back often afterwards to review particular topics.

Highly recommend certified excellence for your next program. I know I’ll be going back to search another program I’d like to add. Not sure if for coaching or for pure enjoyment of acquiring more knowledge and skills.

I contenuti sono ben strutturati, chiari e aggiornati, e permettono di approfondire tematiche importanti in modo pratico e accessibile. Consiglio vivamente Certiffied Excellence a chiunque desideri continuare a formarsi, arricchire il proprio curriculum e sviluppare nuove competenze.

I bought an online course.
Problem 1 - I got charged twice but they resolved that quickly and got refund.
Problem 2 - course content was not correct. This has been AI generated and I really don't think that the content is checked. Really concerned about this. If I knew nothing at all about the chosen subject, I would not have realised that the course content was wrong.
How many of this companies courses are completely made up information???

Contenu très intéressant. La formation est très bien faite.

Je suis très satisfait de ce cette plateforme de formations. Le cours sont intéressants, bien structurés et donnent des notions de base (je suis inscrit à 5 formations). Selon le domaine étudié, il est préférable de faire plusieurs formations pour vraiment aller en profondeur. Exemble: se former en tantrisme + kundalini+ masculin sacré = connaissance plus complètes.
Etant un peu pefectionniste, et diplômée en sciences de l'éducation à la base, je fais des recherches sur les sujets étudiés en parallèle, pour approfondir mes connaissances et compléter les cours, ce que je conseille aux autres apprenants. Mais en gros les cours sont vraiment bien faits (rédigés avec IA probablement). Ce que je conseille à cette "école" est de donner les sources de ce qu'ils avancent, donner des outils (imprimables), peut être renvoyer vers des vidéos pour souligner ce qui est dit et de donner des sources de littérature liée aux cours pour permettre d'aller plus loin. Mais en tout, merci pour nous donner l'occasion d'apprendre ce qui nous intéresse.

I found this course helpful, informative and easy to navigate.
AI or not it followed a very comprehensive, detailed, step by step program that was easily navigated.
It’s always said that to convey information successfully, tell them what you’re going to tell them, tell them , then tell them again. It’s not repetitive for the sake of it it’s perfect to ensure the information is taken on board.
I enjoyed it immensely ( I get bored with theory very quickly )

J'ai parlé de votre plateforme à mon médecin qui s'intéresse à l'ennéagramme. Il serait bien d'indiquer et d'être transparent sur l'écriture des cours, si vous avez des références humaines, étayé par IA pourquoi pas.

Je suis sidérée de voir comment certains ont un avis si critique. J'ai et suis encore en train de poursuivre une formation sur la plate forme et je trouve plutôt ça très bien construit, rédigé.
Conciliés avec nos expériences de vie, ces cours sont des sources d'informations enrichissantes parmi d'autres et je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir souscrit ces formations.

Puro contenido generado con IA, teoría muy pobre, es un mal resumen de distintos contenidos de Internet. Nada que ver con la promesa de venta, se aprende mas en videos GRATUITOS de YouTube. Pésima experiencia, no incluye explicación ni ejemplos prácticos del contenido, puros ejemplos inventados, gual que la mayoría de opiniones positivas respecto a sus cursos. Y para colmo montan "ofertas" inflando los precios de sus cursos un 80% para hacer creer que están aplicando un descuento "especial" por el mismo 80%.

I already finished my grieving coach and midway to receive my narcisstic victim recovery coaching, both very helpful not only to support others, but also self reflective and offered the best support take the self healing way. Already registered in neuropsychology ad well, let's see what could be next.

SCAM!!?? They start with a "trial period" of 3$, then after one month without mentioning anything they charge you 320$!!
The courses are just text. No videos. Information is pretty good, but TEXT ONLY!
