Great Service

Ordered late afternoon and delivery was scheduled for the next day. Delivery driver in the Curragh area is always friendly and chatty. Great service

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery.
The driver has to haul a heavy hose from the main road to my tank in the back of my garden, about 40 meters, and he did so without any problems. He was pleasant and chatty.

I have been dealing with Certa oil for some years and i have never had any problems with the company. All staff are extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with. Deliveries are promt and hassle free.

Will not be using Certa again to supply…

Will not be using Certa again to supply me with home heating oil. No customer service. Only interested in selling product on line to avoid any human interaction or customer service.They have no regard for loyal customers who have run out of oil unexpectedly. Quick to take your money.

Horrible Kerosene supplier

Ordered Kerosene on Tuesday. Until Friday no delivery. Called them on Friday to ask when they will come and heard they will be on Monday. On Monday no show of course. Called them again on Tuesday and heard they will be on Thursday! 10 days after order placed with no info about so long delivery date at the beginning. This is just not acceptable. AVOID
