Certa Hosting Arvostelua

Brilliant customers service and tech support, nothing to much trouble. Pleasure to work with.

amazing support from Joel and the team. Been with Certa for over 6 months and can honestly say I have only ever had to contact support twice through my own doings. Cant ask for better

I am in the process of migrating all my sites across to Certa and have to say I am really impressed with the Company, Infrastructure and most of all the support staff. Both Darren and Jay have been outstanding with their support and knowledge and quickly helped me through a few teething problems (mainly of my own doing). My experience so far has been first class and whats more my monthly costs are down significantly based on that of my last hosting company. Thanks to Certa and all the staff.

Just set up a new account for a client - we've been very pleased with the levels of service from Certa with our reseller account.
We wouldn't recommend Certa if we weren't convinced they are a great hosting company.
After some (consistently) bad experiences with the large companies, we will now always chose a smaller independant hosting provider.

Helpful, Speedy, and resolve issues fast compared to others I have been with, will normally go above and beyond to make sure any issue is totally resolved, and even IF an issue of the same comes back at a later time, they continue to try other things to resolve it and not leave you without any support, top company, I would seriously recommend to give them a try.

Excellent service and support. all good

I had some hiccups with Certa's hosting panel and requested my service was cancelled based on my inital impressions (though others may not have any issues, please bare that in mind). I recieved a timely and courteous responce within 15mins and a full refund was issued. Excellent customer service.

I migrated from a reliable provider who decided to change their business model. Certa Hosting were good to deal with in getting set up and as far as I can tell have maintained good up-time of my sites.

Excellent customer service, great support.
5 star *****
highly recommended.

Just started hosting sites in a reseller package with certain - been good over the last few months, few problems, good facilities on the platform and fast helpful tech support.

Was very disappointed they recently ditched sitelock hence 4 stars only.

Definitely recommend.

No problems with Certa, pleasant and helpful customer service, easy to up and downgrade packages, easy to pay for hosting.

My only moan is, I did try and install something that was included in a wordpress theme and it said the host didn't support it and the upload size is a little on the small size (wordpress upload not FTP) but otherwise it's a great hosting company.

The customer service and support is excellent.

Great experience with Certa Hosting. Fast response technical support when setting up.

Certa Hosting have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Arabella and Darren couldn't have been anymore helpful. Nothing is an issue and everything that I've asked for has been done instantly. We can't thank them enough. Alan Lewis - Midnight Ride

I've hosted my company website and email with Certa for a long time, I've never had any issues and would highly recommend anyone that wants to use a quality web host.

Just upgraded one of our accounts to the Certa Unlimited package and the support team were very helpful both online and over the phone.

Certa have been amazing. I have had the package for over 6 months now and had no downtime! The process of moving has been so easy and I have to say a massive thanks to Joel and Ash. They have been very helpful with their friendly service and they are always there when I needed them. I have since convinced my own employer to move their website over to Certa and they have also found their service to be second to none and would definitely recommend.
