I attended the gathering at liberty…
I attended the gathering at liberty place which was set up by concierge saf. I had a fantastic time the food drinks and atmosphere was great cant fault it. I would like to personally thank saf for introducing me to alot of my neighbours who ive never spoken with before. Please do another i really enjoyed myself!!

Terrible customer Service and support- ongoing
Pay for your yearly Estate charge - then sent a default for not paying - no reminder letters - send proof of payment - debt collection agency involved - show proof of payment to them who think it’s obviously a admin error - after a month get a email acknowledging the email - 20 days later get sent 2 invoices with no explanation no accompanying email just 2 invoices - tried to call - on hold for 24 minutes- absolutely terrible company to deal with - send a bill with no explanations what type of customer service is this!

Service charge query
Raised an issue re an unexpected increase in our service charge.
Initially struggled to make headway, but this changed when our new contact Nandia took responsibility.
Nandia listened to the issue, understood our concerns and worked to find a satisfactory conclusion all round.

Extremely poor communication and…
Extremely poor communication and service.
I first reported a loss of my car park access fob and requested a replacement in December 2025. More than 10 months later, I still do not have working access to my residential car park.
I have repeatedly emailed Centrick, completed their formal complaints process and continued chasing afterwards. Almost all of my emails and follow-ups simply receive no response at all, and it is extremely difficult to get anyone to take ownership of the issue.
Meanwhile, I am still having to pay for alternative parking because I cannot access my own residential car park.
Very disappointing that such a straightforward issue has remained unresolved for over 10 months.

I wonder if PHM Group/ Norvestor is aware of Centrick's Shenanigans? Locked out of MyCentrick Payment Portal
To adhere to Trust pilot guidelines there will be no names and no personal data. Only my genuine experience thus far.
I wonder if the owners of Centrick Ltd (PHM Property Services UK Limited with Company House Number: 16377832, owned by the Nordic-based PHM Group/ Norvestor.com for more info, all of this is publically available information) is aware of the shenanigans going on at Centrick Ltd?
They have locked me out of the Mycentrick portal, meaning I am unable to pay. Meaning they enjoy being sadistic and bullying their clients. Ever heard of a reputable business of substance, doing such things?
They have never sent me any invoices. Only threats, solicitors and badgering/ bullying tactics.
They have also not sent me a 'change of use certificate' leading to loss of a prospective tenant and rental income. Is this fair I ask all landlords reading this? Taking longer than 8 months, and still I am waiting baffled at their response.
Though they seem to know it not, Centrick is strictly bound by statutory regulation, consumer protection laws, and industry codes of conduct regarding how they demand money and use solicitors. Solicitors such as the avaricious, covetous and rapacious JB Leitch. Begs the question, does that adhere to their slogan 'To make customers' lives better everyday, the Centrick way' - and if yes, I ask how?
In reality, it should be 'to make customers' lives a living HELL everyday, the Centrick way'.
From one landlord to another, do NOT avoid them, rather aid all landlords and TELL ALL LANDLORDS to avoid them, as they appear not to have any scruples.
Wishing I had read the reviews on Trustpilot and google reviews earlier. Feel free to do the same.
Finally, You reap what you sow.
Update: I have sent my number numerous times and simply been ignored. As well as my emails to your credit controlling department. As well as not receiving any invoices.

I have reported sewer issues since I moved in to my property ,it all started in 2023 ,vile offensive odour ,Centrick were advised that the problem was from roots from a tree plus there is a kink in a pipe so unless its sorted the problem will remain,2026 the manhole chamber is still spewing toxic waste,i am still being charged every time Metro rod attends.Really! Cladding Neglect,Manufactured Arrears
Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews naming individual on site staff,the reality of Centrick corporate management is a horror story.
My daughter is a leaseholder where cladding remediation has completely stagnated.Because she has dared complain and asked for updates regarding building safety deadlines,Centrick has actively retaliated by blocking access to the online resident portal.Even worse they have spent the last 5 months systematically returning and bouncing back her monthly service charge payments.INTIMIDATION.
This is a highly calculated,malicious tactic to artificially engineer lease arrears.There is a well documented link between Centrick,the freeholder(James Tuttiet/E&J Estates),and their preferred solicitors like PDC Law & J B Leitch.Their stock in trade is using manufactured defaults to pass files pass files to these aggressive firms,who pass on inflated insurance costs,doubling ground rents,and predatory legal fees or threaten forfeiture.Please look up the public reviews on them to see how they operate.
If you are freeholder looking to abuse your leaseholders Centrick is your go to management company.If you are a freeholder looking for an ethical or a buyer looking at a Centrick managed block,stay away.They care more about gaming their online score than basic resident safety consumer rights and legal compliance.
