Centrick Arvostelua 

Was visiting liberty place to carry out some work in one of the apartments, and Saf the concierge was very accommodating and helpful.

Reception staff Bernadette Hamza came to our rescue when we were unable to get into our accommodation. Their kindness was greatly appreciated after travelling from Australia. Thank you very much.

We turned up after a 24 hour flight and was greeted warmly while we waited for Booking.com to sort them selves out. Hanza and Bernadette were excellent ambassadors for your company.

Once again, I have been left waiting weeks for an appropriate response from Centrick, only to receive a reply that does not answer my questions, provides no evidence that the works I have been charged for were actually completed, and attempts to blame the lack of communication on me — despite the email evidence I have provided clearly showing repeated periods where my emails were left unanswered.

What is particularly concerning is that Centrick referred my account to a solicitor while I was actively waiting for them to investigate and respond to the issues I had raised.

I was then told that the member of staff I spoke to on 6 November 2025 did not remember the conversation we had, despite my clear recollection being that he acknowledged my concerns and said he would investigate them.

I have now found an email from that same member of staff, dated 6 November 2025, which directly adds further context to what I have been saying. He wrote:

“Whilst I appreciate you have had a response since your recent 1* review, I’d really like to understand the full story of the challenges you’ve experienced with Centrick communication (or lack of) so that I can investigate and work on improvement moving forward for yourself and our other customers.”

This email was sent on the same day as our conversation and clearly demonstrates that he was aware of the communication issues I had raised and intended to investigate them.

Even more concerning, when I subsequently had to repeatedly contact him about my account being referred to a solicitor, he stated by email:

“I can confirm that the contents of our conversation were conveyed, however we do now have a new (much better) Operations Manager.”

So I am now left asking: if the contents of our conversation were “conveyed”, why was I subsequently told that he did not remember the conversation?

I have been trying to resolve these issues with Centrick since August 2025. I have provided extensive email evidence, repeatedly asked reasonable questions and continued trying to engage with them to resolve the matter. Instead, I have experienced prolonged periods of silence, inconsistent communication, different members of staff dealing with the matter without any apparent continuity, and now a situation where the written evidence I have found appears to contradict what I have subsequently been told.

I don’t believe customers should have to spend months going through their own emails to prove what they were told by a company in the first place.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with how Centrick has handled this entire matter. The documentation speaks for itself, and I will continue to challenge this until the issues are properly investigated and answered.

They never maintain the lifts in their buildings. There is a constant outage with multiple lifts with no urge to get them fixed. In my building one out of two lifts has only ever worked for 2 months in the 2 years I’ve lived here. The other lift is constantly out of action for weeks on end. I suspect they are using cheap parts for the lifts, I have never known a building to have so many issues with lifts

Amin Lucas is very responsive and helpful throughout our sales process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The Conceirge team at Liberty Place is superb! Particular mention must go to Saf who has 'looked after' me for years! I'm slightly disabled and he always hand delivers even the smallest of parcels to my apartment. Today he helped retrieve my MacBook which had somehow got stuck inside my reclining sofa. Any job is always carried out with good humour and a smile on his face, He makes living at Liberty Place a pleasure.

Would have given more stars but very hard to get through on the phone long wait times and no answered emails. So frustrating. When I eventually got through to Mustaffa he dealt with quickly , professionally and now all sorted.

I’ve had a lot to deal with the last few months, with getting information and understanding the accounts/charges etc, but as soon as I got Humza Tanweer ​as my go to he was outstanding with explanations and finding out information needed and relaying between the firms, he made a very stressful time so much easier and couldn’t praise him more for responsiveness and being proactive with all queries

Have been trying to get basic information out of Centrick for 4 and a half months now for the sale of my flat. They are about to cost the sale of the flat due to their incompetence- take over methods and timescales, filing system of the property (it took nearly a month for my solicitors to establish that they were even managing the property as they had it under an incorrect postcode as per their filing system), incorrect information shared to my solicitors and incorrect advice given on how to move forward. This management company is costing a huge amount of unnecessary stress, having also dished out a management fee of over £1500 but are unable to provide a budget for the charge. We’ve tried to do everything through the official avenues to sell this flat- my solicitors have been working hard to try to extract the necessary information out of this company. There needs to be an improvement in the takeover procedures for managing properties, as this has been unacceptable. Have written them an email to start the complaints process with Centrick- have yet to hear back.

I am a Victoria Point resident and wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant Hayley is. She is always super busy but always has time for everyone. I have recently moved in and Hayley has gone above and beyond for me. Sorted out all my queries super fast. Very efficient and friendly. I don’t know how she does it with 200 flats to look after! It’s refreshing to have someone who says they will look into something and actually follow through with it everytime. Thank you
