Chris Knoel was phenomenal. New construction home, builder needs to fix an issue b4 job is completed. Chris made certain that we're all good until he can properly finish.
I have mobility issues and Chris even moved a heavy item into my garage. He deserves all of the stars...

I recently moved in and had a great experience with Centric Fiber from start to finish. Emma helped me get signed up a few weeks ago and went above and beyond on my actual move-in day - she followed up on her day off just to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of follow-through is rare and it meant a lot.

Jackson helped me out this week when I had questions about mesh extenders for my apartment. He gave me specific product recommendations, explained my setup options clearly, and even tracked down a TP-Link guide to make it easier. No runaround, no vague answers - just genuinely helpful service.

Horrible Service:
Been with them since March 5th. Service has been down twice and it’s April 22. Once for 3 days and this time we’re going on 2 days.

I’ve sent multiple emails and called multiple times. No response. Service Hours says 9am-11pm. However, no one has called me back after leaving 3 voicemails with my contact information. I have sent 6 emails today alone and still has responded. Not even an automated response. However, I notice that the payment was processed. So, at least I know they’re still in business. The service is just subpar.

Leslie was super helpful and easy to work with.

My representative was so helpful and professional. She deserves a raise and promotion asap!
