I never felt pressured and Lesley answered all of my questions patiently. Lesley's stellar customer service was the deciding factor on selecting Centric Fiber for our internet needs.

We left a message on a Sunday. They said they would call us back. And they did!!!! Having moved 10 times throughout the U.S, we have had different internet companies. Centric is the BEST!

Absolute worst internet provider I've ever come across. I'm writing this review from my mobile hotspot at home because, once again, Centric Fiber is out. This company has outages on a monthly basis, at times, on a weekly basis. And when I say outages, I don't mean short 10 minute disruptions - I mean multiple hours, sometimes overnight until the next morning. Customer service is terrible as well - no way to reach anyone and honestly, once it's after hours, nobody cares to even fix any outages. Unfortunately, they are the only fiber provider in my subdivision. I'm switching to a mobile or satellite provider until someone else provides reliable wired internet here. Centric Fiber definitely isn't reliable - it's the opposite of it!

Leslie, was very receptive and knowledgeable. She addressed all my questions revolving around the process of setting up internet and television services for our new home in the Villages. When we finally finished our call, I was left with the feeling that Leslie really cares about the customers, which is something that should be greatly valued!!!!!

The experience overall was great, but the connection he was on was really bad. It was hard to understand. We were talking over each other constantly.

Lesley was absolutely amazing!!! She was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. She made the experience easy and stress free.

Connor fixed the issue immediately! Broadcasting was turned off and 2 other people I spoke with didn't notice the issue but he did immediately.
