We were very happy with the way everything went. Made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the door. We already made our mind up what we wanted defore we got there. So the lady talked us through all the detail's, she was very polite and understanding. The lady put us both at ease. Staff were very polite. We would recommend the Co Op.

Not an unhappy experience
We were dealt with young lady called Roisin she was so pleasant with us couldn’t have had anyone nicer , made everything so easy because we did a plan for both our funerals we weren’t upset about anything.

The lady who guided us through getting our parents funeral plans in place was lovely. She was friendly and professional and explained everything as we went through it.
