My wife and I made an appointment to discuss our funeral plans with Jayne at our local Co op funeral parlour. Jayne was very professional and put us at ease straight away we were offered tea or coffee and the whole experience was very relaxed as Jayne talked us through all of the details she is obviously very good at her job and we were very impressed with the whole experience
