Would recommend censeo to anyone looking to get a mortgage. I'm a first time buyer and David Pendry and Jodie Hooper made the whole experience really easy. Both really knowledgeable but also very positive and helpful in what hasn't been the smoothest of journeys at times. Really quick to respond to emails ect aswell which has been a massive help.

Jack Stanton and Ruth Escobar were my mortgage brokers and advisors. From the beginning I felt in safe hands through the in depth knowledge provided. Jack was very thorough during the broker phase, and listened to my needs. Ruth was always on hand for any questions that I had, and always got back to me

I just want to start off by saying a massive thanks to Ruth and Reena for all their help, guidance an encouragement during this whole process. We wouldn’t have been able to get through all of this without them, especially as first time buyers.

We ended up having a few lows during all the highs within this process but they made things so easy for us. They always took time to explain everything clearly and they were so personable as well which always made us feel better and at ease.

Their communication was excellent and we were always kept up to date with everything, even if there wasn’t an update yet. They had really good patience as well, especially with our emails near enough everyday but they never made it feel like a burden. They made everything run as smoothly as they possibly could and always gave us such positive reassurance which led to us getting our mortgage offer.
