From the outset, Jack was so responsive and helpful. We were first time buyers, using the shared ownership scheme, and he couldn't have been better. He answered every question we had, explained everything thoroughly and got back to us quickly with everything. Once we were approved, Ruth took over and was just as great.

Excellent, efficient support from the individuals assigned to me. My one complaint would be some glitches with the online portal, though I understand it is still in development, and didn't cause too much in the way of delays. Huge thanks to Reena and Jodie.

Censeo have actually been great throughout my whole mortgage application process. I had never heard of them before but had to use them for my shared ownership purchase. The application process is quite daunting, with the amount of information they required at such an early stage. But I stuck at it. Once David Pendry was assigned to me, I was met with a friendly Knowledgeable broker, who really did have to work for me to secure a mortgage. I hit lots of hurdles along the way and it was a fight and often I felt like this wasnt going to work. David kept trying to find me a suitable mortgage and offered suggestions and solutions where appropriate. Once he secured me a Decision in Principle, I was introduced to Jodie Hooper, without whom I would have lost my mind. She was the first person who actually made me feel excited and not scared, as this is such a rollercoaster of an experience. She is calm, able to read a situation and be empathetic, excellent with her communication, her advice and guidance has been reassuring to me. She always got back to me when she said she would and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend Censeo and hope that David and Jodie are acknowledged for their commitment to their job and the excellent service they provide. I can't thank them both enough for helping me secure an fresh start for me and my family.

As a first time buyer, never experiencing the mortgage application process, David Pendry made the whole process very easy and smooth. He was precise, personal and I think most importantly, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. You hear the title of MORTGAGE BROKER / ADVISOR and immediately think they are going to scrutinise every financial decision you have ever made, which can be a daunting thought. However, David was nothing but nice, very honest, had our best interest at heart and worked very quickly when documents were received, despite the delay from the developers end.
Mercedes was just as friendly, practical and again worked very quickly to ensure the best outcome.

Good mortgage rate and fast response.

Dealt with Jack and Jay, who were very helpful and supported throughout the process. They answered all questions I had, and were very easy to contact.

It was great working with Dwayne. He managed to find us an offer despite us having some bad credit history. It all was pretty straight forward in the end!

Both Reena and Mercedes where great throughout the whole process , easy to reach and great communication at all times would recommend them and will use them again when it comes time to remortgage.
