I ordered an air conditioning unit on the 15th July, they came back to me to say that that product was now not available but a more expensive one was. I paid the extra money which they gave a discount on and said the order was on the way at the end of July. Today is 4th September and my order still hasn't been received. I have emailed many times and to start the response was an apology and they would check with their order tracking and after a couple of weeks. All I have received was an email, twice saying store unavailable or store not found. No explanation of where my order is and since I have asked for a refund I have heard no more from you. I have emailed again today. Very disappointed :-(

I ordered 4 AC units for my workplace. There was no mention of extended delivery times and no tracking available. The first 2 units turned up broken and unsafe to use. I asked for a refund and to return them and to cancel the other 2 AC units that hadn't arrived yet. They refused and said they would replace the broken units. This has not happened. I have emailed them repeatedly, asking for a refund or for a replacement for the 2 broken AC units and am getting nowhere. They ignore my emails and I have spend over £400 with no working items. Their customer service is appalling.

I ordered 5th Aug. Item still hasn’t came. It’s been over 2 weeks. No correspondence.

I bought an airconditioning unit, after it stating it was in stock and despatched from a London Warehouse, I found it was out of stock and coming from China, took over 3 weeks, I tried to cancel after a week as I couldnt wait that long, they refused to cancel the order, and said to request a refund once delivered, I eventually got the order, but refused it at delivery so went straight back, since then all I get as an answer for my refund request is not available store !!!, BEWARE !!!

Stay clear, has issues with order delivery address and they refused to change it or cancel order. When it got sent back customer servise just stated that the storr is unavailible. Scammers

Please please don't buy from them the shoes was nothing like the picture they are fakes
And they took 6 weeks to come I'm reporting them to customers

Took 4 weeks to get delivered,i ordered because it said fast delivery,when it did arrive,it was damaged,they wanted me to send it back to china,stating it could cost 25-50 euros,if not more,back and forth emails,telling me they,d give me a 30% refund of an item that cost £120,and i can keep the item,oh jeez,thanks alot... worse company ever,stay away guys,you,ve been warned!!!!

Ordered an 8000BTU a/c unit. Arrived over a month later and was only 7000. Most of my emails were ignored. And they kept saying the item had shipped so I couldn’t cancel. Despite the tracking information saying it hadn’t left yet. Avoid this company at all costs

They are a scam. I ordered many weeks ago. They advertised it as a few days delivery time. They show it as still in transit. Their customer service is also a fraud. I will fight for my money back but don't expect it to be easy. They should be taken to court.

Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased an air conditioner through the Celzoir website.The advertising claimed it was half price at 674 pounds. After waiting 3 weeks now the heatwave is almost over I now wish to return the item and obtain a full refund. However, since placing my order, I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service using the contact details provided on your website, but without success.

The telephone number listed on your website is either unreachable or no longer in service. I have also sent emails to your customer service, but have received no response whatsoever. This has caused me great concern and has led me to question the legitimacy and reliability of your company. It is difficult to believe that a company would provide virtually no after-sales support. I have even begun to feel that I may have been misled. This situation has caused me considerable stress. When it finally arrived yesterday it was a cheap model worth no more than a few hundred pounds.There is no warranty and no instructions on how to return item.
Please note I reserve all my legal rights and remedies in relation to this matter.I look forward to a prompt response and an immediate resolution.

Cheap and faulty product. Website says 30nday return policy but they won't let me return for a refund. Product doesn't work and has a burning smell. Do not buy from this company

Easy and simple to purchase, still awaiting product to be delivered as only ordered yesterday however website easy to use

I was looking for a cooling beds for my dogs, I looked on internet a fond you by chance, you had the size and price that was not was just right as I’m a pensioner, so every penny matters, also ordering was straightforward from start to finish (no hiccups)

Ordered on 10th.
" On its way " on 11th, use track and trace
On 13th still no info on track and trace
I e mailed to ask for an explanation and was told it would appear when the carrier had scanned it.
On 16th still nothing on track and trace.
17th " in transit " . Whoopee ! But this continued 18 , 19, 20, 21st.
Then on 22nd it says " mark order as delivered " . But it hasn't yet arrived 11 days after being told it was on its way.
Be wary.
