Goede spullen voor goede prijzen
Goede spullen voor goede prijzen. Zeer zorgvuldig verpakt aangekomen. Had nog een wat vragen voor de klantenservice en die werden tijdig beantwoord.
Veel fantasy/LARP webshops opgezocht en Celtic Webmerchant is toch wel de beste voor NL.
Zal zeker terugkomen!

Delivery and Customs Fees for UK
Good quality products that arrived on time for a themed wedding, but the shipping fees were high (despite the website saying if I signed up to their membership scheme the delivery would be free over a certain threshold - it wasn't so I bought less), and then there were customs fees that had to be paid once the item was on the way that brought the total price paid up by another 50%.
I'll probably recommend against other UK customers using this site as the prices shown end up only being a fraction of what you ultimately have to pay.

Unfortunately we recently had to stop with free shipping to the UK due to the high costs. With the UK no longer being part of the UK, shipping costs have gone up, which we tried to keep away from our customers, but this just wasn't doable in the long run.
The customs fees are also an unfortunate byproduct of the Brexit, which we do explain in the service section of our website.

Fijne snelle levering, online vlot en behulpzaam toen iets niet helemaal naar wens was, waarna het omruilen van een artikel heel eenvoudig was.

Topkwaliteit!
Ik kreeg de bestelling binnen enkele dagen binnen. De kwaliteit van het product (jurk) is erg goed, pasvorm is prima en het ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto van de website.

very friendly, fast and helpfull customer service, online as well as on location. large veriety to choose from and very fast delivery. (if the items are in stock, if not then its not there fault but the business dilevering to them.) i am a repeating customer and had a few small problems or noticed a few mistakes, but they are open to feadback and the mistakes where quickly fixed.

Site de vente exceptionnel et pourtant…
Site de vente exceptionnel et pourtant je suis difficile sur les articles. J'ai toujours trouvé ce que je cherche. Je regrette simplement la taille des heaumes et nasals trop petite 61cm max. Je cherche minimum du 68cm. sinon livraison rapide et sans soucis.
