I have been using Celsius Network since April 2020. I had some Bitcoin I moved into the app and after the first week, and seeing my rewards in an email they send on a weekly basis, I was amazed at how much I could earn by just sending crypto to the app! The newest app version on mobile and on the web is very modern and easy to use. It has so many extra statistics about rewards and how my account has grown over time, it is enjoyable to just open it on a daily basis. They also offer loans with no credit checks and I have seen the funds within 15 minutes. If it sounds too good to be true, I would suggest trying it for yourself. There is no lockups and no fees and I could take my crypto out at any time. Celsius is redefining what a great company is by doing good by the customer, always.

Not the best, not the worst. Interest is lower than Nexo and Hodlenaut, but higher than BlockFi. The Promo Codes are the best in theory. Just be aware that they often avoid paying you the promo code due to hidden clauses.

Tous les frais sont couverts par celsius (sauf ceux pour envoyer vos cryptos chez eux) et les swap sans frais arrivent bientôt en France.
Ils sont très transparents avec vidéo en direct chaque vendredi où tout le monde peut poser des questions au PDG (qui est l'inventeur de la VIOP - Skype).

Worst customer service and worst company to deal with don’t waste your time depositing your coins in there. You will get a run around. I am trying to withdraw coins from their platforms to another wallet and this been going on for over a month. Every time I call everyone is clueless and also they said that another country is in charge of the withdraw is all BS BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I have been with Celsius for several years. Never had problems… until recently. Seems like Celsius mismanaged their liquidity. They are currently unable to pay out their users.

It might have been necessary and actually be in the interest of the community to disable withdrawals for now. However, if it wasn't for the mismanagement of funds, Celsius would not have been in that situation in the first place.

Nice bonus: Celsius pays the network fees for outgoing transactions… should they ever resume.

Worst customer service I've seen so far. The verification process on other similar sites takes about 5 minutes. Here, you cannot complete it in hours. They do not accept your photos for hours and when you try to contact customer support, you get instantly spammed by their bot. Look for alternatives.

This company is a joke:
I've subscribed, as well as my wife and my parents, used their service for a month, until the moment when they have BLOCKED my account so I could not access my funds because, ready for it.. my wife (as well as my parents) logged into their accounts using my laptop!! They have then refunded all the coins we sent them, but without the interests matured during this month, and without the referral reward (50$ in bitcoin).
It was useless to talk to their support on the phone and explain the situation, our accounts are closed because we logged in from my pc.
Imagine if instead of 400$ on your account you had thousands, and all of a sudden you can't access your wallet and have to wait for them to send your funds back to your wallet... this is surreal.
There are many websites that offer the same service, my advice is to avoid this funny-minded company and find someone more reliable.

When it come to ACH transfer, be careful
It wil take 5 business days and they will charge you a fee for that, not only they hold your money for 5 days while they make money on it but also charge you.
ACH takes minutes with others companies and no fees

Celsius has a the reputation to want to please its customers and I did not really believe it.

But after 2 years as a customer I must recognize that it's true ! I've only had great experiences using their product and the customer service is so quick, efficient and good-willed ! I'm a customer for life now.

I have been using Celsius for a couple of years now, and have not had any issues with the app or the company. The weekly incoming yeild is amazing!

withdrawal is a problem, and they make it hard on purpose.
Obviously by design.
