Celsius Arvostelua 

This is a scam! Customer support says He'll transfer my coin from blockchain to my USDC address, but I have never received them. They stole my coins.

I opened an account with Celsius, no problems, and transferred a small test amount of BTC to it.
Now I am told that Celsius is not available in my region (UK) and I do not have access to my BTC. All this, despite the fact that I had to input my full address and provide a photo of my driving license during account set up.
I have submitted a support ticket and have been fobbed off numerous times now. I have also messaged Celsius via Messenger and have also been fobbed off.
So to conclude, Celsius allowed me to set up an account and make a deposit, and now they won't let me access my funds. To me, this is theft.
No idea how to resolve this situation which is very frustrating.

My account was suspended with more than 1000$ there without any reason.
Support does not reply to my emails. I am waiting a reply since 30/9.
Avoid this website! Rather 100% of coins than 5% interest for some time and to get suspended in the end and lose everything.

Almost as awful as nexo, only reason I say that Is nexo FINALLY replied, after 4 months. It's been almost 5 months and Celsius has STILL not replied to any of the 100s of request I've submitted about my stolen funds and the information I need for the police report & To pursue an investigation.
Their lack of response = refusal to disclose information related to whom stole my funds, how, and where my funds ended up.

For a man who is seen as a respectable idol that cares about his clients & partners, he sure does lack compassion & promotes a business that supports criminals who steal from individuals.

Venia sin ningun tipo de problema hasta que me encuentro con la cuenta suspendida con fondos en la misma. Al parecer se debe por tener mi cuenta y la de mis parientes en el mismo celular suponiendo un abuso de los referidos. Ahora empieza el martirio para conseguir que me devuelvan los fondos. En reddit hay muchos casos de estos y todos conllevan como un mes. Me quedo con Nexo, no los recomiendo.

Scam , tottaly scam .

It works well until you need customer support. It’s been 55 days with no outcome. After they promised up to 45 days to find my coins. Although sent to the correct address they hold onto your money and delay with each response. They are not insured either after reading their terms and conditions that makes me wonder how legit this company is in caring for their customers. At one point I would have recommended them. Now I will tell everyone to steer CLEAR! Large investors matter. Little ones it seems DONT! The only good reviews I’ve read so far are by paid journalists or You Tubers.

Now I keep getting their mails, no way to unsubscribe.

Hi, my account is currently in HODL mode since September 25. I created a ticket on Sept 25. I provided screenshot, videos and provided answers to their question about my multiple small withdrawals of USDC on same day. They did not respond in 1 week. So I sent them another message but they did not respond. SO I created another ticket. They closed that ticket and merged it to the new ticket. The Compliance manager responded finally on Oct 1 but just asked question again about USDC. I responded right away. They didn't respond again. I sent another email today Oct 5 but they just closed the ticket instead saying "we haven't heard from you in a while, so we market the ticket as Resolved." They were the one not responding, not me. I tried creating another ticket but they just close them. Tried contacting them in twitter and reddit. But they just said " your case is still being worked on." But no one is responding to email. Celsius just became my top interest account to worst.

Service client d’une nullité épouvantable. Ils ont menacé de bloquer mon compte simplement parce que j’ai voulu leur notifier mon adresse , preuve à l’appui. Cela m’a coûté 150$ pour sauver mes fonds qui n’étaient plus en sécurité chez eux. Encore un site d’autistes.

Gonna give you a 3.5/5 after reading these reviews. After watching loads of Celsius and Block-Fi videos on YouTube so glad I chose Nexo!! If you're in the US there are work arounds for using Next. Legit great service. But Celsius is good too. Just not as good as Nexo. Good work Crypto fam!

Do not deposit so much as a dollar here. I have had problems every way possible. I cannot withdraw tokens, some of them are pending, some of them apparently are lost, the whitelist addresses were correct, it's horrific. I have a substantial amount of money deposited and the fact that the information they provide is not accurate as per their protocol is beyond reproach. There is no customer service. There are glitches around every corner. This type of inconsistency and lack of credibility is not appropriate anywhere, but especially with regard to finances. This is outrageous conduct and gross negligence at best. I am literally afraid to do anything because I do not want my bags to go missing so they just sit there and I have no idea what to do. I am going to contact some friends of mine in the political arena and I don't foresee anything good coming out of this! Again stay away from this exchange it's not worth it.

Been with them many months. Finally need my money all deposited from coinbase pro to Celsius won't send even after whitelisted because coinbase pro gives new wallet address each time and Celsius doesn't want to give send any of my crypto back to coinbase pro where they were happy to accept deposits from. I need to lay house payment. It's only like 130 in bitcoin and 100 in eos and since trying to withdraw for hours price keeps going down so i will be late plus lose money. Guess done with with apps that take your money paying 20 cents week interest yet keep everything. Just email me and tell me why doing this. Now login information from Google is bad yet worked last 5 months. Come on contact me i have to have pay bills or get evicted. Have some compassion please ema call or respond asap. Brian

STAY AWAY. They actively trade against you, they deflect enquiries to buy them time to trade against you. They dont respond to information requests, they have a 3 day turn around time minimum for each response and that response is canned or a red herring to allow them more time to profit from your deposits. An absolute disgrace!

I have been with Celsius only for a few weeks. Recently, I have been having the same issue as another reviewer with respect to Facebook login. For me, it's been about 5 days or so now, and none of my attempts to contact Celsius have resulted in a response. Similar to the other reviewer, I asked the company to somehow give me another means to log in, and again, no response. Although I did receive a text notification about interest accrual this morning, it's of little consolation in that I have no way to view my account or move money around, should I wish to do so. It's extremely disconcerting having zero control over one's investment, but that's exactly the sentiment that Celsius has created due to its complete and utter lack of communication and professionalism. There are other platforms that offer similar interest rates and I plan to migrate to one of them once Celsius has fixed this.

Update: The problem was eventually corrected, although it took a lot longer than I thought it should.

This is really worrying. All went well until about two weeks ago when trying to login using Facebook I started getting this message:

I wish we could share some new information regarding this, but to be truthful, there are no updates at this point. We would like to emphasize that this team is currently working round the clock on solving this issue.

As you can see, their reply is the same message I'm getting on the mobile app and web app.

My question if I could migrate to another login method are being ignored. Not sure they can be trusted.

Sooo, turns out Alex was a fraud and ran the company into the ground while enriching himself.
