This is the 4th time I’ve used them. The plans are second to none, better than what is offered elsewhere. Trust me I am a bargain hunter, no one else even comes close. Each time through, their offers get better, there customer service gets better. This time through I missed a step without realizing it. They reached out to me and fixed everything. They could have easily taken my money and I would have been none the wiser! They explained what I did wrong and showed me how to correct it and even refunded the payment I made for expedite service. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a cell plan or internet plan.

I must say it does require a little patience and the ability to read and follow instructions clearly. I was a customer years ago. I received an email about a new plan, Platinum Series BYOD, through Rogers. As fate would have it, I was looking, as our plans had expired, and I needed a new phone as well. New phones with new plans are so expensive. I have used Cellphone Man in the past, and recently found my way back to them again when I got an email from them. I switched over two lines and my payments are significantly less than my previous provider. This is a 100% legitimate business. Stop getting bent over by all those other providers- cell service shouldn’t be that expensive! You won’t regret the switch!!
