Sent two phones for new screens, both repaired successfully very impressed.

No problem with the new battery however, the service also mentioned checking the motherboard too and that has now been diagnosed as the problem which you didn't pick up on.

Really excellent speedy service at a good price. I couldn't answer calls and Siri was dead. Tony replaced the IC chip and connection - a known design fault on larger iPhones - and all was well again.

I have a iPad 1 Air which had a faulty charging port.
Contacted Tony who agreed to fix the same day so dropped it off at his place in Chesham. Received back later in day fixed and working.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable and good prices. Went out of his way to ensure the iPad was working correctly. Did more than asked for without charging extra. I have no hesitation in recommending Phone Doctor and will use again in the future.

Needed a replacement screen fitted on my iPod Nano. Could not fault Tony's customer service - great communication, nothing was too much trouble and value for money. Struggled to find somewhere to get my iPod repaired and had a few quotes, most of which were silly money for a simple replacment of a cracked screen.
