Non delivery - awful courier service

UPDATE - CEF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT IN RESOLVING ISSUE . STILL POOR COURIER SEVICE .
Non delivery of heaters ordered via courier service .
£1000 order of heaters ordered 4 days in advance for a Friday delivery slot as I arranged to be home to safely accept to enable the install of heaters at job Monday morning.
CEF Telford have tried on Friday and Saturday to contact but unable to contact courier company
, now expecting heaters to be late , job cancelled and heaters left outside in rain
Very poor courier service CEF using need to be aware of this for contractors using .
