Our experience with CEF has always been great, regardless of which branch we use. Ordered incorrectly and got a refund.
I ordered some cartridge fuses which arrived bang on time. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect ones and requested a return and refund. I called into the Norwich store and this was dealt with very easily. My refund in full was made two days later. Brilliant service.
