Ordered online and goods delivered incorrect. Took into the Bury branch 5 days ago who said that they would replace. Despite 3 phone calls to chase up and being told they would call me back I’m still waiting. Totally unacceptable service

Having only recently opened a trade account with CEF, we placed our first order last week. Steve Elliott was really helpful in getting us up and running with the online ordering system, which worked seamlessly. The prices were the best we had been offered and the cable was delivered on time. All round excellent first transaction and will definitely be using more!

Was best price for amount I needed and…
Was best price for amount I needed and could be cut to length. Placed order early evening to my local branch. Was there early next morning Was given warm welcome and he got my item in no time.
