The process was carried out quickly and without charge, and in an extremely friendly and professional manner.

Had an issue with my cameras and not working. I called the help line and they went through everything on the phone with me. I am not very tech savvy but they made it idiotic proof, all cameras are working now. They even showed me to set the images in order . Can not fault excellent service start to finish.

I have never known service like this EXCEPTIONAL is an understatement!!! I acquired an commercial installation I was able to sort the NVR by myself but because the cameras had an unknown password DAN spent all afternoon sorting this problem remotely.. Yet again CCTV Direct Tech Support has exceeded expectations. Lamont has remotely resolved a customers commercial system which was failing to connect after they interfered with their router. No drama, no hastle, all up and running again with no fuss
