Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Arvostelua 

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Really personal, friendly service helped me along every step of the way from first enquiry to installation and aftercare. Sarah and CJ are great and I would recommend to anyone who needs a catflap.

CJ and Sarah were really helpful explaining different options and answering my queries for getting a cat flap through a glass door. Once I had decided to go with Cat Out of Glads, arrangements were put in place quickly, CJ arrived promptly for measuring up and installation and I now have a very happy cat with a cat flap again!

After contacting cat out of glass I quickly realised they were the company for me . With a quick response time to my email and fitting that worked around me ! Sarah had a really lovely disposition and made me feel satisfied I’d chosen the right company . All my questions ( and there were a few !) were answered.
CJ came to fit and it was all done very professionally and quickly , I chose the pet tech slimline cat flap. Which looks very smart .
With regards to price they came in at about £50 cheaper than competitors and the fitting time came in about a month before others so all round a win win ! Very happy and would highly recommend.

With the cold weather coming, I needed to get a cat flap fitted into my patio door to allow my cat out without leaving an arctic gale coming through the open door! I researched companies in my area and was impressed to see such excellent experience and advice on the Cat out of Glass website. I used the information on their site to select a door suitable for my cat and requested a quote. Their response was speedy and exceptional, giving you all the information you could need to make an informed choice. Sarah promptly emailed me with a quote and we discussed the arrangements for CJ to come out and measure up/order the glass. Both were friendly and knowledgable and really made me feel I’d made the right decision. The service was exceptionally fast and of the highest quality, I can’t thank Sarah and CJ enough for a really great job well done. Oh, and Casper thanks them too!

Fantastic company to deal with, great communication and a quick turnaround from measuring to fitting. Sarah in the office is an absolute pleasure to speak to and she leaves no stone unturned. CJ was super quick at fitting the new pane of double glazing glass with the cat flap, he knows exactly what he is doing, a true professional. I had a few quotes from other companies, but Sarah was the only person who followed up with me, her communication was second to none before, during and after the job. Was looking for a local company to install a cat flap into a glass panel and found Cat Out Of Glass online. Reviews looked good so went with it. I had a lot of questions as it turned out the panel was slightly too narrow for what I wanted, and with a large cat I needed a larger cat flap. Sarah was very patient with me, answering all my questions and when CJ came to measure and then install, he was quick and efficient, doing a great job. My cats are very nervous but fortunately they’re quite curious too so it wasn’t long before their microchips were programmed to the reader in the cat flap. Hopefully in a few more days they’ll figure out that they can come and go as they please, instead of waking me up early!

We had a cat flap installed 7 years ago and since moved so we came back to Cat out of Class. Sarah and CJ are a great example of the best duo in terms of working relationship. They want you to have the best customer experience and they are clearly experts at providing by going above and beyond from the first to the last communication post job being completed.

Both are very polite, they accommodate you being in or can easily measure without you being home. The speed and communication of service was incredible and you would never have known CJ had been in the house as he was so quick and efficient!.

This is the second time I’ve used CJ and Sarah for a cat-flap fitting and just as the first time we’re so pleased with the service. They do an absolutely excellent job. From start to finish they are a really clear, efficient and lovely to boot.

Would most definitely recommend and if we ever move again they will be who we call.

From the first email to the final fitting the team were super kind, efficient and friendly.

The 'do-it-yourself- measuring had me scared at first after a previous conversion mixup for a window - however the fool-proof system was great and everything fitted perfectly on the day of the fitting.

We were also shown clearly how to set the door up which we did just after CJ left, and young Sammy Sprat the tabby cat is already loving the new personal escape away from the kids!

All the existing glass was taken away at our request and we even got a reminder email to activate the warranty etc.

I ordered a cat flap within a new double glazed unit and I couldn’t be happier. Sarah & CJ were very helpful, arranged the survey quickly and answered all queries.

The whole process was made so easy. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and when the install date and time was set, they came as promised.
