I recently ordered online from The Catering Centre for a second time, and I must say, I was impressed. Ordering was easy and the items arrived swiftly. While there was a minor issue with a box of damaged goods, a quick phone call and the simple task of emailing some photos of the damage were all it took to resolve the issue promptly. Emily, who handled the correspondence via email, was instrumental in ensuring a smooth resolution. Her efficiency and professionalism were commendable. I highly recommend Catering Centre for their excellent online ordering and commitment to customer satisfaction.

This review is for cateringcentre.co.uk where I ordered a Dualit toaster which was about £200 incl. £6 for delivery and it was shown as "in stock" when it wasn't... This was the only reason why I bought it there as I wanted it quickly. I just don't understand why these online fake companies that are operating under several aliases are pretending they have any stock??! In fact, they're just ordering it in when you've paid for it and shipping it on. I had to ask at least twice to get my money back once they told me it's "actually not a stock item" and finally they refunded me... for goodness sake, get rid of these so called companies asap...! Obviously, I have the paperwork to prove that this review is honest and I wish I had read the other customer feedback before placing an order. My order no. was 169819

I bought a faulty item and contacted them the day after delivery. They won't accept the return and instead this is the tone I received:

We would lose more money by going against our company policies, thats why they are in in place, to protect us as a business as well as you as a customer.

The return procedure is clearly shown on our website and on all order confirmations to avoid these situations from happening.

I bought a wine bucket that turned out to be too small for the purpose and needed to return it. I had to complete a form on line requesting for an RMA number which was to be emailed out in 48hrs. When I didn’t receive this after 72hrs I emailed customer service directly requesting for this and was sent one in another 2 days. Was required to post this to an address in uk which costed £12 for small plastic wine bucket would have been way more if heavier items. Waited for 7 days and when there was no communication I sent an email enquiring about my returns . Was then advised that the system showed item was waiting to be received and to email proof of my postage. I sent a copy of the tracking number and was told item in warehouse and would be emailed once located. Waited another 5 days after was issued refund which was less the original shipping price which I paid for anyway. So overall a very expensive and complicated returns which is probably done deliberately to avoid customers returning their items.

Excellent catering company with great and competitive pricing.

We were looking for some Tork soap dispensers. Catering Centre had a great price and a smooth ordering process. Delivery was fast too.

Always prefer buying from family run businesses - so pleased to have been able to do so in this instance.

The refunds tend to be forgotten in this company. Refund "processed" on 15th of January, no response as of today.

Excellent products at amazing prices, and the customer service is fab!! Super helpful and now my go-to company for all things catering!

We placed an order on the 10th of February and after numerous phone calls and emails still have neither received the order nor been told when we will finally if it all receive our order. We keep on being fobbed off.

Good Web site, good service and delivery, and the best prices online

I made an order on the 3rd of February. It was completed by the 5th but no communication about delivery. I got a card on the 8/2 of attempted delivery and should pick up at the post office.
I went Saturday 10th to pick up. Out of the 7 cartons you could hear noises of damaged bottles.
I made a video while opening the boxes and filled an online form to the customer service. After no response I called on Thursday 15th, someone took my order number and said they would get back to me by email. Now they ignore my telephone calls, no one got back to me even after a second online form. On the website where you should request refund or return, it doesn't take you to final step.
The refund policy is definitely a scam.

Right product, right price, easy ordering process and delivery on time. There is nothing not to like.
