Great selection of products that were high quality. Good to know that consumers can access kitchen equipment that's high quality - miles better than what can be found on Amazon or similar e-retailers.

The order and delivery process was fine. Recieved an order confirmation, no delivery tracking but the products were delivered within the expected time frame.

Bought my items during a sale. Normal prices aren't a massive bargain but they're what I'd expect to pay for quality, and decent enough that I will probably shop there again.

I would give No stars if I was able too.

I'm not a person to write a review usually but this needs to be put out there as looks like they ripping all people off...

Ordered a Blue Seal Pasta Cooker for £2676.00 on 4th August 2023, received pro former automated.

No emails since, you send a email, get automated email saying they contact you in 24hrs, get nothing back.

Can't contact them on the phone at all, just rings out all time, tried about 100 times, easily.

Went to address advertised on web and companies house, company number 12355412, the address exists but company doesn't, must be a mail forward address, no warehouse and no one in area who we asked knows of the company, a warning on companies house too for compulsory strike off Nov 22 but was confirmed Jan 23.

Have raised to fraud team at bank as cannot get money back from company as no communication in 1 month and there is just no way of getting hold of them.

Just tried 1 last time before filing this review at 10:59 01/09/2023 and again no answer.

Can not get hold of this company, Fake, Scam.

Avoid at all costs...

Company has responded to review after posting and they have emailed us regarding Item now being back in stock for delivery or a refund, I emailed back today, waiting a reply, will keep posted here how get on.

Honestly worst company I have dealt with. Customer service lacking. Placed an order, no update on delivery after 2 weeks. I have to contact them for an update, blamed it on delivery company. Then partially received order, and all plates were damaged. I then had to return all plates, customer service initially wanted me to pay for return. Still waiting on refund to this day and no response from company. I will be contacting TSS if no refund received today.

I ordered for the first time via catering centre webpage and my item has been delivered as promised the next day. I am well pleased with their service. Highly recommend them

We place a order 14/7 and still didn't waiting..
19 of August, Im still waiting the delivery, never arrived, Parcel force tracking said that was damage in transit. Please proceed to refund

UPDATED: They can take the time to reply to a bad review and say that they've issued us a refund but we haven't been notified of this refund or about these warehouse issues? They're cleary screening calls and emails. If it's a warehousing issue then why are you having issues replying to customers? I definitely FEEL SCAMMED when I hear nothing back and also haven't been notified of this refund you've supposedly issued.

Scam? Or did everyone working there just disappear simultaneously?

Placed an order 19th of July and have only had one email confirming they've taken my money, and only one more since asking if I'd like to buy more?

Why would I buy more from a company that hasn't even delivered what I ordered on the 19th of July and it's the 31st now?

Have tried email, webchat, phone and heard nothing back. Still down £400.

After initial communication problems regarding my order not arriving and being unable to make contact via phone, email or live chat I feared the worst....
I did eventually manage to contact them via Google chat, after this I was immediately reassured that there was an issue in the warehouse and my order was currently being processed. I was email regular updates and tracking information from this point and received my order 3 working days later.
Everyone runs into a few "issues" at times, while communication is lacking my order is perfect and far cheaper than other websites.

Prompt delivery and does what it says on the can !!!. Great product
