Stay away. Like many users, I have been billed a second time, which was unauthorized. To date, I have not received the first product that I ordered in August. Their Instagram account is empty and there is no phone number to call for issues, only an automated system to email. The product is shipped from China and the provided tracking is pointless. This is 100% a scam.

This company is dishonest
This company is dishonest. Do not buy from them. Get Nad somewhere else. Their boxes say 30 servings and are advertising that. Each box I got had 20 servings inside. I complained and they said they now only have 20 but haven’t changed boxes. Isn’t that false advertising? The customer service is terrible.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. They don’t honor the money-back guarantee, they don’t reply to emails and they have many email addresses to contact without getting any responses. When someone responded to my email for which I am trying to cancel the subscription, they said nothing about and still got billed again! Scam, don’t fall for it. Total fraud! I have submitted a complaint to the federal fraud office.

Catanutra is a scam. They trap you in a subscription you can’t cancel, no matter how many times you ask. Their support is just a wall of copy-paste lies and delay tactics.
I had to block my card to stop the charges.
Their NAD+ supplements? Most likely fake or useless junk – no legit company behaves like this.
Avoid them like the plague. Total fraud.

Catanutra is a scam. They have taken me into a subscription without me knowing and when i asked them to stop they continued. I never received the products either after 3 months. Paid twice for nothing. I asked for a complete refund. I'll let you know. Do not go and purchase from them.

Be careful of subscribing scam
I made a purchase for a buy one get one free NAD product which is actually very good however a month later I saw an email saying thank you for the second order and a charge to my account. I have checked the first email it mentions nothing about a subscription. I have emailed before the order has been shipped to cancel and had no response. I have tried to cancel any subscription as per the their website but this is not possible it’s such a shame as I probably would have reordered but this scammer approach is unacceptable

Save your money
I realized after the first time trying to cancel my subscription that I too have been duped by this company. I now have approximately six months worth of supply and have sent four emails asking the company to cancel my subscription. Despite the fact that their webpage says cancel at any time, this would appear to not be the case at all.
I too am now afraid that this product is crap and not the real thing. Don’t waste your money.
