Scam ! It auto renews and charges you despite ordering a one time option.
Finally found an email to escalate it with and it’s a bot saying over and over sure you want to cancel.

And the product is garbage I think it’s just a placebo

The company has no working website or email to cancel a subscription. The subscription also auto renews which I did not renew!

Get charged to your card then they have disappeared!!How legitimate is this product? They are scamming using the viral CATA-KOR brand!! and they are not a verified reseller!
Now have my bank involved as they have just disappeared and need to get them blocked.

Shocking and you should be ashamed of the scam you are running!

I WANT A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I have not received any products and you continue to charge me! I know this is a scam. None of the contact info links work. The tracking info doesn’t work. The website no longer works. The emails to contact for help do not work. Please return my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on 12 June. On 2 July, a package arrived with a completely different item, and I emailed them immediately.

To be fair to the time difference, I got a reply on 3 July asking for photos of what I received and another from Sarah at Customer Support:
"Hello,
Thank you for your understanding.
We will look into this matter promptly and keep you informed once we received an update. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We appreciate your patience and continued support."

I followed up on 9 July for any feedback.
I got a quick response from Mae in Customer Support:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will be escalating this matter to the appropriate team and will get back to you with an update within 2 to 3 business days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions in the meantime."

DEAD SILENCE

Then on 18 July, I got another email asking for a photo of what I received from Sarah:
"Thank you for reaching out.
I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you.
To assist you further, could you please send us a picture of the items you received from your most recent order? This will help us verify the contents and ensure we resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
If possible, please include:
A photo of all the items received

A clear image of the packaging, including the shipping label

Thank you for your cooperation — we look forward to resolving this for you."

On 20 July I received a message from Joyce:
"Thank you for your message — I’m so sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. That must’ve been incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting patiently for your order.
I’ve checked and can confirm that your parcel was marked as delivered on July 2, 2025. In some cases, packages can be dropped off at alternate locations nearby, so it might be worth checking with your neighbors or around your property to see if your correct items were delivered separately.
That said, receiving a plastic toy instead of your NAD+ Nicotinamide Riboside is definitely not okay, and I’ll escalate this right away so we can get things rectified for you. Thank you for including the images — they’re really helpful in moving this along.
We’ll be in touch as soon as we have an update. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and I’m here to make sure this gets sorted as quickly as possible."

[SIDENOTE: I was refreshing the delivery page, I was at home when it arrived, and I emailed them the first time, the moment I opened it. So, no, it wasn't a case of it being dropped off at alternate locations nearby, or with my neighbours or around my property. In my country, parcels come straight to the door."]

Then I randomly received a message on 22 July:
"We’ll check into this matter
We sincerely apologize for any trouble that caused you
This has been escalated.
Please rest assured that we are currently looking into this matter and will get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
If you have any additional information that may assist us, please feel free to share it."

I gave them ALL OF AUGUST TO FIX IT.

Finally, on 8 September I wrote to them:
"I'm following up on the issue with my order.
I understand that you needed to look into it and the matter has been escalated but it's now the second week of September. I placed my order in June.
Please provide an update and a solution - either send the correct product or refund my money."

And it has been silent ever since.

Please don't waste your time with this company.

UPDATE 20 October, 2025:
Replying to company reply - Still not a single peep. You lot are just scammers.

They charged me for an ongoing order that I never signed up for. I treid canceling the iniyial order only about 2 hours after i ordered it after I saw all the terrible revies and theu said I could only cancel after 1 hour since it was already in the process of being shipped. I told them I did not wan the product and to cancel my order and give me a refund. Not only did they not do that, they also charged me for another order! I have emailed several times and they finally said they would cancel my ongoing subscription-which I never signe up for in the first place. Also, I just recieved the first order that I had placed (and tried toi cancel) over a month ago. I was shipped from China, even though they say the product is made in the US. They had some crazy excuse why the product is shipped from China even though its made in the US. Makes no sense. PLEASE do NOT order from this company! They also recently changed their company name-I think because they are trying to run from all the bad reviews. I would NOT take this supplement after seeing how awful this company is.

Purchased 3 + 2 for PH5,200. Received parcel today, only has 3 boxes and each box only has 20 packets, supposed to be 30 packets per box. Have noticed that other customers are having similar issues with their orders. I did not sign up for any other orders, will update if I get charged again, especially since I am moving to a new address.

Absolutely outrageous company and totally dishonest scammers! I've been ALSO charged a 2nd purchase without signing up to ongoing orders, I actually achieved a response after about 3 VERY upset complaints at info at catanutra
which I've found on the internet only!
At any response they didn't talk about cancelling further orders, just talked about how healthy is their product (ALSO scam fake). Eventually after a week a person responded apologized for confusion and confirmed my "subscription" has been cancelled. I then replied that I want return the second, UNWANTED order (that I've NEVER PLACED ON my OWN!!) and demanded refund Another person responded that once I got the package,, contact them and they'll navigate me to send it back and receive the refund of 58.16 euros. Yes, their 2nd package arrived, I did inform Customer Service, and guess what?? My email (which I indeed sent as a REPLY to Customer Service's previous email!!!) so it bounced back, Mailer Daemon "Failure Notice"!!!! SO, they cut this email or blocked ME, ZERO response, ZERO information on returning the package and of course ZERO REFUND will happen!!! Now I'm blocking my card from October, before they're stealing more of my money but blocking me from contacting them. Not even sure if they're in California as they stating, Rolling Hills California? I'll definitely will contact the local police department because this company has to be dealt with on a legal level, stealing scammers fraudulent unethical criminals gang!!!! Stay away from Cata Nutra!!!

Your company is scamming people. your website is blocked and i am being charged for products I did not order.

I ordered 3 + 2 for free, and ONLY RECEIVED 3 and in each box are not 30 but ONLY 20 Packets, so its not even 1 month! Also charged my account twice , i did not ask for a re-accuring payment, So i guess i need to block my card!
I ordered 1 sept and received it today!

Total Fraud – Avoid!

I never signed up for repeat deliveries, yet they charged my account anyway. My previous orders never arrived, and they completely ignore emails and complaints. They even operate under different addresses to confuse customers.

Card was charged twice without my permission or knowledge upon my first purchase. This is not my agreement!! Cancel NOW

This site is a scam. They obtain your card information and randomly charge your account. I did not sign up for recurring purchases however, they continue to charge your card even when you change the card number. My bank is in the process of blocking their company, crediting my account, and filing a claim. I am now keeping my card locked to prevent the scammers from continuing to charge my account.

UPDATE after their response: A one shot order became an extremely expensive monthly subscription delivering 5 months of supplement (1 year = 5 year supply) by deceitfully pre-selecting 'repeat order' in a low visibilty step in checkout. What can I do to stop this? I have tried phoning, mailing without success. They toy with you!!!! 5 requests, came back with 'we can adjust, we can pause, we can adapt,' when I clearly asked to cancel permanently. Keep responding that a subscription is the best solution when their product has done nothing for me. 5 times I asked for return details too, even with order number, they find an excuse not to allow a return. On top of that, they sell online, in the summary and in delivery 30 packets per box and ship 20 per box labeled 'contains 30', nowhere on their website, order confirmation or advertising have they notified of this huge reduction in product fulfillemnt at the same price. Incredibly dishonest practices! Stay away - they are scam artists sending poorly packaged deliveries from China!

Totally agreed!! Scam into subscription. Have email them multiple times that I do not wish to continue and it still deduct. Very poor customer service and untrustworthy!

I received the product, at first it seems ok, I wanted to trial it for 30 days and see what happens, but its they just automatically renewed the monthly subscription

I actually thought this might be ok, but when this happens I concerned about the legitimacy of the product

I feel more awake and alert since starting this. My workouts have improved, and recovery is faster. The fast shipping and great packaging were just the cherry on top.

After using this for a while, I’m really impressed. It’s given me more energy, sharper focus, and better sleep. It’s definitely worth adding to your routine.
