Cataloniaholidaylettings Arvostelua

Everyone involved in the booking (so both the host and agency) were super helpful, efficiently answering questions about the house or booking whenever asked. Whole process was great end to end, and the house we stayed in was stunning.

Very efficient and friendly service. Would recommend highly.

This agency is extremely helpful responding patiently and promptly to all of our queries on the run up to our holiday. Bertel & Co went above and beyond to make our holiday as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Thankyou Bertel & Co for our fabulous holiday!

Michael and Heike

Our group consisting of six families have been dealing with Catania Holiday Lettings twice: once just before the covid-19 and again during the Spring 2022.
Our first renting was cancelled due to the pandemic but this year we were able to travel to Catalonia for a week.
Communication with the Catalonia Holiday Lettings has been very smooth and easy from start to finish. They have patiently answered to all of our questions and linked us with the right experts and service providers, if they have not been able to help us. In addition to that, we received clear instructions about the renting process, the house, driving etc. In my opinion, we could have spent a great week (or even longer) using Catalonia Holiday Lettings as our only source of information.
Based on our two-time experience we can recommend Catalonia Holiday Lettings for anyone interested to rent a house in Catalonia.

Wonderful agency and super people! Bertel is most helpful person, everything we were promised was there and more.
We will definitely use them for another trip

Just a brilliant agency . Fantastic customer service . Fast reliable responses and very knowledgeable about the properties and the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the holiday was excellent value for money . Don’t hesitate booking with Bertel.

We found this company reliable and helpful. Despite Covid changes and cancellations they fulfilled all our requests with speed. We especially appreciated the promise to reply within 24 hours, a promise which they always kept. Thank you Bertel.

This was honestly one of the best experiences ever.
Due to corona, finding a house for 22 people was not easy. I contacted Bertel and asked some questions and if he had some proposals.
In a blink of an eye, I received a full list of houses, prices and dates included, with a small description of what to expect.
Bertel is very nice, kind and helpful!
We eventually booked a house which allowed us to have a 10 day holiday for only 280 per person!

We could always reach Bertel with any questions and he always gave us a friendly reply (yes, even on stupid questions😉)

I already recommended them to quite some people in Belgium! And for our next holiday, we will surely come back!

I live in Catalonia and have rented via many different sites over the last 15 years, I only discovered this one last year and am so pleased that I did, Bertel and his team are so lovely to deal with it feels like a personal service, each house more than lived up to expectations and each owner that we dealt with was gracious and helpful, it is now my go-to service whenever we want a weekend escape or summer house rental. Great value for money, customer service and selection of properties.

Very good service. No problems.

Muy bien ...información rápida y concreta....

A FIRST CLASS SERVICE.
Very helpful, efficient and prompt in dealing with queries. Bertel and the team arranged airport transfers, gave suggestions for restaurants and car hire. He offered recommendations for properties meeting our requirements as we were a group of 15 of varying ages. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Definitely recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.

Excellent company, very helpful from our initial enquiry through to the holiday. All the additional information they provided about the area and travel tips were very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Very helpful and professional service. Responded very quickly and efficiently to all enquiries from the initial request to check availability to final payments and details about arrival etc. Also offered a number of alternatives to our original choice which was already booked. Will definitely use again if returning to Catalonia.

Flawless service, could not praise them highly enough. This is our 3rd year to use Cataloniaholidaylettings and every year every person we dealt with were so kind, helpful and efficient. Their recommendations are excellent, and they reply very quickly to our many, many questions! The properties we have rented have been just fabulous. Thanks for making our holidays so special, we would highly recommend you!

Such a super company. We have been so impressed with the personal touch and the contact from individuals who really care.
Thank you all so much.
