Waters Edge Holiday Lets Arvostelua 47

We have just enjoyed a short stay at Waters Edge Holiday Lets in West Looe and we highly recommend it. We had excellent communications and instructions and updates right from the start and felt really looked after by host Kelly, with every effort made to ensure our stay was a great experience. Beautiful accommodation and ideally located - we couldn’t have asked for more. We even found dropping off our car at nearby Hannafore was no trouble at all, as it’s only a very short stroll back along the harbour front which is all lit up. We have enjoyed it so much we have already booked to go again later this year, and as fans of Beyond Paradise it was a joy to be right next to the Sardine Factory (location of Martha’s new restaurant - The Ten Mile Kitchen). We really enjoyed being in West Looe for a change and found all the local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance were very welcoming. 😊

Waters Edge is a beautiful property, in a prime location.

We came to stay at Water's Edge for Christmas and we could not have picked a better place!

The flat is beautiful and even more so when we arrived to the place decorated for Christmas, complete with hot chocolate and treats!

Water's Edge has everything you could possibly need and the beds are SO comfortable!

On Christmas eve after going for tea in Looe we sat and had hot chocolate on the decking overlooking the harbour (the blankets provided made this even better!) and it was perfect!

Looe is magical at Christmas and there is nowhere else we would of wanted to stay! We all agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed!

Kelly was an amazing host and communication was spot on all the way through!

We will definatley be back! Xx

Kelly is a very communicative and friendly host.
There are 2 small steps onto the decking area which is great for sitting at any time in any weather. We visited December and even in the cold, Kelly provided blankets and it was gorgeous to watch the harbour.
The decor in the flat is beautiful. It was equipped with everything we would need for a short weekend.
100% recommend.

Great 4 day stay at Waters Edge. Fantastic location for exploring the coastal walks or just relaxing and watching the fishing boats going by, very comfortable apartment, finished to a high spec, definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Waters Edge. The views and location are amazing, we loved watching the boats come and go with the tide and doing some crabbing right on the door step! Beautiful accommodation, beds are incredibly comfortable and there's everything you could possibly need for your stay!

Perfect location for access to Looe, the house was fabulous in every way,great facilities and outstanding decor.
The deck was great bonus to sit out in evening.

What an absolute gem this holiday let is. Not only is it beautifully decorated throughout and is kitted out with everything you would need for a holiday, especially a seaside holiday, but it has the best position and view in Looe! We have been coming to Looe for a number of years and this has been the best place we've stayed in by far! The hours we spent sat on the deck, no matter what the weather, just relaxing and watching the world go by. Absolute bliss. This holiday let has everything you would need inside, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, great linen and towels, hair dryers and an ironing board and iron. It even has games and books / magazines. We spent very little time inside the property as we spent most of our time on the deck. First time we've ever been to Looe and not visited other places, we were happy where we were. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Looe now and can't wait to return.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! It was comfortable, stylish, and had the best views. We loved sitting in the window, watching the world go by. People crabbing, boats passing, dogs swimming.
We are a family of 4, and our children loved that they could go crabbing right outside! They also enjoyed the 'reading nook' in their bedroom, taking it in turns to have a bit of privacy.
There was everything we needed for a two week stay, and Kelly was so helpful in answering any questions we had.
Looe is our happy place, and Waters edge made it even happier!
We hope to return!

Absolute stunning location beautiful apartment well maintained and beautifully decorated spotlessly clean and well equipped there is everything you need right on your door step

Where do you start, as soon as we opened the front door the wow factor was there. A stunning 2 bed apartment that was spotlessly clean and more a home from home than a holiday let. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space.
Kitchen had everything you would need, with a large oven that can easily cook a meal for 4 on one shelf.
Dining and living area is very spacious, light and airy with comfortable furniture. Windows look out over the harbour so if you want to stay inside you can still see the harbour, lovely at night when it is all lit up. Seating area outside is excellent and we had a great time relaxing and talking to people walking past.
With the jolly sailor just a few minutes walk away, it is a must, staff are very friendly, food is good and most importantly, the beer is great with a selection of local beers.
Kelly was a perfect host, and even called to ensure we had got in and everything was OK, little touches like this make the difference.
All in all we had a fantastic relaxing week which went far to quickly and are looking at booking again for next year.

Stunning location overlooking the estuary, and finished to the highest of standards. We had a perfect week in Looe with beautiful beaches and lovely walks literally outside the door! I couldn’t fault this unique apartment and we spent many happy hours wandering the town or simply watching the tides ebb and flow!

Oh my goodness what an amazing find. We were completely blown away by this place. from the moment we walked in and looked around we were hooked. it’s exceptional it has everything and more all the little touches were fabulous. Nothing has been overlooked its luxury at its best. And to have those amazing views from all rooms. And the deck was fantastic needless to say we sat there everyday and every evening watching the world go by. I will definitely be booking again. The host Kelly did the most amazing job of keeping us updated every step of the way.

What a beautiful property, the location is just perfect to watch the world go by.
The property itself is so well appointed and personally for me having the proper amount of pillows and large fluffy towels was an absolute luxury.
The kitchen has everything you need and more, the bedrooms are perfect and the bathrooms spotless.
Probably the best property we have stayed in in Looe and we have done a lot.
Kelly is quick to respond and the check in info is full and covers everything

What can I say. Beautiful holiday let. Such attention to detail. Everything and more you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. Some of the items are such high standard, I came straight home and ordered them myself. Also spotless.

We’ve just got back from spending a week at Waters Edge and what a fabulous week it’s been. The property is spotlessly clean, welcoming, very spacious and homely. It felt like a proper home. The view of the harbour is amazing, we spent endless hours watching the fishing boats come and go, we were even lucky enough to see a RNLI training evening in the harbour. The town is literally 5 minutes walk away, the location of the accommodation is perfect. The parking is approx 5 minutes walk away but it’s a lovely leisurely stroll along the harbour, we didn’t mind this at all. We have had the most amazing week and we will definitely be back to stay at Waters Edge. Thank you so much Kelly.

What a great place! The location is amazing and the apartment is lovely. Probably the best place we have stopped at in Looe. I would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed from Monday to Friday for my birthday and the flat was perfect! Everything thought of and beautifully decorated throughout. We shall definitely be back! Thank you Kelly and James.
