Still waiting for shoes. It has been 45 days. I was snookered.

One star is too many! Total scam and fraudulent. Paid for items never shipped or received. Requested (and then demanded) a refund. No refund was issued.

Why does this company have a hard time sending my order for Christmas presents last year?
I have informed them several times on bad/ incorrect tracking association with US MAIL.
It's already passed Easter 2026 without delivery.
They repeatedly send notifications to check US Mail - DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's next?
I wish nobody else has to wait for an intelligent response for this company to hold true to advertising the product.
Is this a real company or MAJOR FRAUD????

There is no “0” stars or id give that. This is a scam. There is no company to ship you anything. It’s computer generated responses to your issues. You will NOT. Get your order. Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam. They take your money and send you a bunch of shipping crap that’s all fake. FRAUDS. Scam

This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I've ever tried to make. I placed the order and then 40 days later it still had not shipped so I canceled the order because I was not going to be at the shipping address any longer. 8 days later they shipped it! What a bunch of morons! Can't speak about the product because I never received it! I wished I had read the reviews at Trustpilot about this company before I purchased from them. I do not recommend this company at all!

If only I could give zero stars. This is an untrustworthy business, they lie about their products and delivery times and even though there are customer service reps who will answer your emails, they refuse to cancel an order. I waited a month before writing to them, and then canceled (now two weeks ago) but today I received notice that my order is on the way! They claim it will arrive in another 10-15 business days. I've already notified my credit company to refuse payment.

My slippers arrived almost a month late - only after I sent in a negative review about their many fake "it's on its way" emails. . I ordered maroon; they sent ugly pink. They are small. They look nothing like the picture.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would!! I ordered a pair of shoes a month before Christmas. They took over a week to “ship” them out. They never came. When I contacted them, they gave me a tracking number. It showed the package delivered but not even to my address! I contacted USPS and they said it’s a fraudulent tracking number they gave me and they provided me with proof. I sent that to them and they have continued to ignore my emails. They are a scam company that should be avoided at all costs!!

Never again ! These emails are all correct . Confusion with Casual comfort to Trust premiere , Sandra , trust , who knows . Did not get them said delivered from china . Could not track trace but said was delivered. Bad service ,no phone number. Several different emails .

Do not buy from this merchant! They’re scammers! I ordered in early November — now it’s mid January and I still haven’t received the product. I’ve contacted customer service many times. Every time they send me a DIFFERENT tracking number that shows my order has been delivered. Some of their ship dates are after some of the dates they say I received the product. I get packages almost daily and in 5 years in this house have never had one stolen. This company is a scam.

I ordered slippers months ago at this point. They didn't arrive. I have asked for a refund. They told me I need to prove it wasn't delivered by my UPSP, which I told them I don't even know how I could do that when they didn't even give me a USPS tracking number.

I told them I just want a refund multiple times and they won't. Even if it had been delivered--which it wasn't--it took WEEKS to arrive. And the shipping information was only updated after I complained it hadn't arrived.

Do not shop here.

If I could give zero stars, I would because that is what I got from them. Absolutely nothing- no shoes and no refund. I really wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Pay full price for good shoes. Ordering from this company is akin to flushing money down a toilet.

1- First item was shipped to wrong address, it took them 2 weeks of emails for them to reship.
2- recieved FAKE KNOCKOFF UGGS Tasman slippers.

I ordered water shoes as a christmas present in November that was to arrive prior to Christmas. Not only did they NOT arrive prior to Christmas, they never arrived at all. In addition, they said they were delivered on 12/26/25. I had dozens of packages deliverd for the holidays and this is the only one I had issues with. I know it wasnt delivered to my house at least because I have cameras on my porch. heir customer service is non existent. They wont issue a refund or ship a replacement and stated it is an issue with the post office. This company is a fraud and stole my money. I would NEVER order anything from them.

This company is trash! They keep sending me the same massage about my product that I want a refund for. I ordered it almost a month ago 12/11/2025 and its still sitting in China. They will not honor refund process even though I specifically told them why I wanted a refund - per their refund policy posted on the website. I guess thats just there for grins and giggles.

This place is horrible!!! They stole someone else's tracking number for a package that I never received. After contacting my mail carrier I now have paper proof the tracking number was stolen. Got one email back in a month from this company telling me I received the item!!

I placed a order in November 11, 2025 It's now the end of December I still haven't recieved anything. I sent them a letter and proof of my purchase no responce yet.
