I ordered clothing from Curvedream, thinking the clothing I purchased would be great for my summer vacation. Well, I was sadly mistaken. When the clothing finally arrived, I was shocked to see the awful fabric used. On their website the fabric looks like linen, or cotton but linen it is not. The clothing is not true to size,. Not only did it not fit, the fabric does not breathe, it's mostly polyester and very very cheap looking. I wanted to return it, The Curvedream website says it's very easy. They lied, it is not easy!!! I had several correspondence back and forth with them about my refund and a return address. Curvedream kept trying to negotiate with me, Curvedream didn't even want the clothing back and wasn't forwarding their return address. I spent $153 and Curvedream wanted to give me only 30% of that back. I declined several offers and finally they offered me, $129 refund, clearly not 100%. I took it just to get this over with. And this clothing will go to a thrift store. Curvedreams excuse for negotiating, was to try to save me shipping costs because its shipped back to China. Well, why post on your website that shipping and returns are EASY, which is why I chose to shop with Curvedream. I was shocked and amazed that they would even think that I would accept 30% of $153 charged to my charge card for clothing that doesn't even fit and if it did fit, I wouldn't wear it.

IF I COULD GIVE THE RATING A NEGATIVE 10 I DEFINETLY WOULD!!!! I never believed in customer reviews, I do now!!! I was dumb enough to order 5 pants, each of different color. When they arrived I took one out of package and was shocked at the size (a LARGE) NOT true to size it was smaller than what I think an XSmall would have been. I emailed requesting an RMA & address. I was told to follow certain steps, I did and they turned my request down. Never again will I buy from this company. When I responded to their decision I responded with, I'll donate the pants - DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME EVER!!!!!

I ordered a pair of knitted fingerless gloves. I received a pair of cotton gloves which were cut off at the end of the hand but not even finished. Just a raw edge. I will not be ordering from them again.

Products never ship. Never.

Curvedream is a bunch of lying scammers. Ordered something for Christmas LAST YEAR and it arrived late and was a piece of crap. Sent request for return on 12/28/2025 via e-mail (THEIR preferred method) and never received RA number. Requested via their website message portal and NOTHING. I still have NO RESPONSE from them at all. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE THEIVES !!!

BUYER BEWARE. Merchandise is not the same quality as pictured. Return policy is not only a joke, but a scam as well. You have to pay for shipping product back along with supplying them with tracking information. HOWEVER, in doing so you receive the same automated reply. I RETURNED MY ORDER BACK IN DECEMBER, STILL NO REFUND. Now they have stopped answering my emails completely!
COMPANY IS A SCAM. I wish I would've done my homework before ordering. My only hope is people will read the reviews, preventing them from making the same mistake. Also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a sweatshirt in November for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. In December it hadn't arrived so I reached out to them. I was told it was out of stock and I could either order something else or a refund. I chose a refund because the options they gave me for a replacement were not what I wanted. It is now February and I haven't received anything, When I reach out to them they say give them a few more days. It has been months. No answer on my last request. So obviously they have no intention of giving me a refund. Do not buy anything from this company they are not reputable.

More than 6 responses from the merchant in over 2 months of not refunding me after receipt of my return. The worst.

It seems inappropriate to give this company ANY stars. The quality of the merchandise I received was offensively awful—nothing like pictured. I returned both items 3 months ago and still have not received a refund. Every time I email them I get a polite reply from a customer service in which s/he apologizes for the delay and promises to reach out to the Finance Department. I am confident I will never see a penny of my refund. It is terrible the way they take advantage of you.

Ordered a pair of linen blend pants with a curved hem. What I got was a pair of 100% polyester pants which could be pyjama pants. Not what I ordered. Very disappointing and won't be buying from you ever again. Buyer beware!

This is a scam. I purchased a heavy winter coat, and they sent me a poorly made thin blazer jacket. I contacted the company the same day and asked for a return and a refund. They assured me as soon as they got the item back, they would issue the refund. I purchased the item in November. It is now January and I still have not received my refund although they have the item back. I got an email saying they received the item and it would take 3 - 7 business days to get my refund. I still have not received my refund. I have contacted them consistently since they received the item and I get the same email, their finance department is extremely business, but they have put an urgent request for my refund. It has not come and it has been over two months. The pictures look great, but this is not a legitimate company.

The package took almost a month to arrive and the dress did not match the dress that the model was wearing. It's a total scam.

What you see in the picture and what you receive are two totally different items. What I received was paper thin and not even the same material. I’m so disappointed. It’s not worth the trouble to return because they’re in China. Beware! it looks so cute in the picture, but it is definitely 100% not the exact same thing. It’s a different fabric. Worthless. This company should not be in business.

Inaccurate product, slow delivery, and a difficult refund process that resulted in only a partial refund after a dispute. The refund itself was prompt, but the overall experience was poor. Not recommended.

Absolute scam. I bought what I thought from the photo was a knitted colourful jumper for my wife. What arrived was a cheap polyester garment with a pattern photo printed onto nylon. these people should be shut down. Avoid at all costs. Buy nothing. Plus the postage was extortionate.
If you keep relentlessly complaining they will increase the percentage of the initial cost as a refund. I got them up to 70% but once you factor in the postage which they won't refund, I was still £17 down on a transaction of £38.

Products are cheap quality, colors are not as advertised, sizing incorrect and odd way they accept returns. You have to e mail them to get authorization to return and then get instructions how to return

Foreign product, bad quality material. Costs a lot to ship product back to them and you pay the shipping OR they will offer to give you 30% of what you spent back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

This is the worst company when you want to return an item. I bought to tops and they were nothing like expected, when I tried to return them I got multiple emails asking me to keep the product and they would refund a portion of what I spent, you have to ask repeatedly for the address to ship the items back. This is not an easy company to deal with when buying online. Very disappointing,
