Great service. Competitive price.
Happy with the product. Comfortable and feels good quality. UK made. Delivered when promised
Happy to support a local company. Much better that buying from a large chain who ignore you once they have your money

A good family run business. I recently purchased a bed and bedside table. I am very happy with the service provided, nice and friendly. I went to the Hythe department and was surprised just what a wide range of beds and furniture there is on display, with an upstairs as well. David the proprietor informed me that the family had been in business for 115 years, absolutely amazing. I like supporting local small businesses. I'm a very happy customer. The delivery guys were great and very helpful and polite. I am happy to recommend
Thank you all at Castons

Brilliant service in shop and very helpful delivery guys nothing was to much.

Castons in Hythe Kent
Very good Family Business.

Very helpful but not pushy unlike some of the big chains that start with top prices & gimmicks' when all you want is to look around the store on your own.

Amazing services. Cannot fault them at all.

I ordered a sofa and chair from the Tonbridge showroom. The process was easy and delivery was fast within a few working days. All very smooth.

Recently purchased a triple wardrobe from Hythe store. Very helpful instore service. Delivery and wardrobe build staff were clean, polite and very helpful.

Good customer service. Followed up with updates by phone as promised.Delivery guys very careful & respectful of property.

Really helpful service all the way through. Didn't try to over complicate the mattress technology, and it was reassuring to know that the beds in the store were the top 10/12 best sellers based on customer experience. Kept us informed about delivery etc. Team who delivered and installed our new bed and took the old one away were fantastic. 2 flights of stairs, and one of the hottest days of the year and they didn't grumble or cut any corners. Took all the packaging away with them. Would highly recommend.

Pleasurable experience in the store order process worked well along with the VAT discount as it was a disability purchase.
Notified of delivery the chair was installed at time stated.
Would recommend for your next furniture purchase.

Two chairs turned up rise and recliner was great to start with 3 days in one started to make noise when it rise up and down it’s creaking when you sot in it or get up

The products I ordered were spotted by my beady-eyed Mum in the Caston’s store front. I wasn’t able to get to the store myself but staff were more than happy to help with photos and measurements and allowed by Mum to borrow the fabric sample book for a short period.

The staff were aware of my new house purchase and accommodated the delivery of my items around this.

On the day of delivery I was informed of my drop number and a rough estimated time. I then received a phone call 30 minutes beforehand to inform me they were on their way.

The two gentleman that arrived to deliver and assemble my purchases were friendly, cautious in handling the products and manoeuvring in them and were efficient.

Overall, staff at Castons could not have been more helpful - a great family run business. Would highly recommend

Very good service ,couldn’t be more helpful…
Wouldn’t leave until the job was done properly…

I am very happy with my purchase of a new bed from Castons furniture and the delivery was very smooth. Both the delivery men were helpful and polite and happy to deliver and change around my furniture for me. I would recommend them. Many thanks. Diana

Great item at a good price. Delivered right on time by a cheerful and helpful team. Definitely full marks for Castons!

First time using Caston Furniture. Although I had a date of delivery they telephoned beforehand with a delivery time which was very helpful. They were very cheerful, and energetic. They were respectful of my property and willing to put my furniture in place. They took my old furniture without any fuss. very happy with this service. Gave me the opportunity of inspecting the furniture.

From ordering to delivery we received excellent service. The salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of advice, and when the delivery was made the two delivery guys were very helpful, friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble.

I went in, thinking the sofas all looked expensive.. to my shock, they were extremely reasonable, and I got a three seater and two seater for approx £1000. I ordered on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday with a collection of my old sofa.

Bedside cabinets and chest of drawers delivered by Castons today. Good quality, great price and excellent delivery service. Thank you.

Castons were quick to deliver; working around some time restrictions on our availability. Courteous and helpful, the team bringing the sofa were fast and friendly. Strongly recommend all round.
