Draining my pockets!
After initially not looking for anything to add to our collection, we were tempted with a Billy Connolly sculpture and a framed print! After a great conversation we entrusted the process with Hana who has been fantastic in keeping us updated in the delivery process. Items were dispatched in a couple of weeks and were collectively delivered superbly. We found the whole process to be so easy that we bought more! All in all, a great experience. As per our delivery and returns page on our website, we usually estimate up to four weeks for all deliveries as each piece of artwork goes through its own bespoke framing process in our Head Office before being hand-packed ready for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text message or email from our courier provider DPD, allocating you a delivery date and time slot. If for any reason you need to rearrange your delivery, you can do so via the link provided by the courier service.

Lovely experience at the Wincester shop
From entering the shop,leaving the shop and aftercare Tia from the Wincester shop has been amazing. So informative about all the art we asked about. Greeted on entry, had a good look round then sat and chatted about artwork we were interested in with Tia and a drink. No pressure to buy anything. The painting we did want to buy was brought down and hung on the wall, so we could see it in all it's glory. Have been to different Castle Fine Art shops and they have all been lovely. Tia has been great with the Aftercare as well making sure we recieved the art work and it arrived safety
