Very helpful, we saw the piece of art in the store in Ilkley and really liked it, the lady in there was lovely. We came away and decided to enquire about it for our sons 18th birthday present so I called and it had left the store but luckily it was not sold it was on its way to another store so Emma arranged delivery on the day we requested it.
