The fireplace surround has an impressive appearance. It's well-crafted, offering a solid build without seeming too bulky. Although the delivery cost was high, it was timely and the item was delivered without any issues. The communication throughout the process was excellent.

I needed to order a replacement fire and called to make sure I was ordering the correct one , the member of staff I spoke to was extremely professional and helpful . My fire was delivered within a couple of days. It has now been installed by a local plumber just in time for Christmas . Many thanks.

Extremely happy with my fireplace from this company. Excellent value for money, and the price was very competitive with other firms. The delivery to London was prompt within a one hour time slot as advertised and the fireplace was brought inside the house. I had already chosen this company, but felt even more confident when my fireplace fitters quite spontaneously recommended them without knowing where my fireplace was coming from.

Had to cancel order cause of family circumstances and cast fireplace refunded me virtual straight away next day, very good.

My black cast fire is absolutely stunning , I couldn’t be happier with it , I chose the bioethanol option and honestly it’s so simple to use yet so effective , you can’t beat the look of a real flame and even though really it’s only a decorative fire it actually throws out quite a lot of heat . The company were really helpful and when I emailed with various questions I got a prompt reply . I absolutely recommend 😊

After doing plenty of research we found the prices here unbeatable. They buy in bulk and are able to pass the savings on. We ended up travelling a 5 hour round trip to visit this company as we were in a major rush to get it installed and the package was unbeatable.
