Cassidy and Tate Arvostelua

My wife & I have returned to live in UK after 23 years of living in Spain. We had an offer accepted to purchase , as cash buyers, an empty apartment in Saint Albans. The agents were NOT Cassidy & Tate. One would have thought that this would have been a fairly simple and quick transaction ! After waiting more than 7 months for completion we decided enough was enough and withdrew our offer.
We then made an offer for another empty apartment, as cash buyers, this time the Agents being Cassidy & Tate. Having listened to our tale of woe regarding our previous attempt to purchase they were determined to get us " Over the Line " as quickly as possible. This they achieved within 10 weeks. It would have been even quicker had solicitors have been just a little less pedantic over 1 small item. 2 main players within Cassidy & Tate were Kris & Siobhan who provided knowledge & assistance at all times. Our thanks to both of you for your efforts.
Ron & Anne.

Great service and totally professional throughout . Thank you Duncan you have been amazing and never gave up with this difficult sale you deserve a medal! Rosa and Sam

I would highly recommend Kris and Cassidy and Tate. This was our first purchase and Kris kept us informed throughtout making buying as stress free as is possibile.
Thank you.

Stephen from Cassidy&Tate was extremely helpful throughout the referencing process. He dealt with all requests in a friendly, patient manner and couldn't have done enough to help. He really went above and beyond. Thank you.

Great helpfull advice given by Kris during the sales process helping us secure our first home. Would highly recommend Cassidy and Tate, exceptional customer care.

We had a positive experience selling our house through Cassidy and Tate.

We met agents from 2 different companies before them and also dealt with a third estate agent up the chain who we were buying from, and I would struggle to find a good word to say about any of them. Cassidy and Tate on the other hand, and Duncan who we dealt with, were very professional and helpful throughout.

Duncan found us a cash buyer at asking price before the property had even been listed, and was very useful and supportive during some issues in the chain later on.

Overall, very happy and I would recommend their services.

The experience of buying a property with Cassidy and Tate was excellent.
Although we had few challenges throughout the process, Duncan went above and beyond to support me, communicating effectively and being personal within the expected professional boundaries.
Duncan also accommodated my needs in the most compassionate way, he had our back and I consider myself lucky to have dealt with such a nice and professional person.

I recommend Cassidy and Tate 100%, with Duncan as the main point of contact.

The overall service we received from Cassidy and Tate was outstanding. The customer service was exemplary with Kris providing a consistently high standard of communication. This included going out of his way to call on my elderly mother personally to keep her up to date and in the loop which we really appreciated.
I would not hesitate to tell everyone in St.Albans and surrounds to choose Cassidy and Tate.
Thank you Kris and others in the team for making this difficult process easier.

We have had a consistently positive experience with the Property Management and Lettings team at Cassidy and Tate. Stephen, Gemma, and Louise are responsive, professional, and highly effective in their roles. They excel at finding new tenants and skilfully managing our properties. Whenever we need to contact them or raise an issue, they are always prompt and efficient in implementing solutions. We highly recommend their services.

I have just sold a property through Cassidy and Tate, mainly dealt with Duncan, but this applies to all the staff there, I have not had the best experience with other Estate agents but found Cassidy and Tate excellent to deal with, I am not always the easiest person to deal with, they were very professional and communications was excellent along the process, the sale hit a few bumps along the way and they were very helpful in finding a solutions, will not hesitate to use again or recommend them to friends or family.

Very happy with Duncan! Always on hand to help facilitate the purchase and made my first buyer experience as enjoyable as it could have been. Kept the process moving throughout and helped iron out any issues. Very professional. Brilliant. Would recommend.

Duncan has been brilliant. A credit to C&T. The sale took a while to sort, however throughout the process Duncan was always on hand, returning calls and ironing out any issues and was friendly, courteous and professional.

Very happy with the team. Find me a buyer quickly enough and whilst the journey to exchange was a turbulent one, Duncan stuck with me all the way. Thanks for your support team CT.

I could not fault the service provided by Graham and the team at the Marshalswick office. From advice on price, fantastic marketing showing the property in the best possible light to being quick to respond to queries and anxieties, the service provided was truly worthy of 5 stars.

Hannah held my hand through the whole journey of selling my flat
Would recommend with no hesitation

Graham from Cassidy and Tate has been exceptional with the handling of my property purchase from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

As buyers, we have had a great experience with Duncan. Quick to respond to queries, professional and non-pushy. Thank you.

We have just purchased our house in St Albans and it was as smooth a process as we could have wished for. This was in no small part because of Hannah's excellent liaison skills between us and the vendors. She was always quick to respond to any queries and kept us well informed throughout the purchase.

As a former tenant who has rented via a number of lettings agents over the years I have to say the team at Cassidy and Tate have got the implementation of their customer journey absolutely right. Stephen, Louise, Josh and particularly Gemma made the whole experience very professional and were always on hand to assist and the check out process was very smooth. If you are a tenant looking to rent your first home or a landlord looking to employ the best in the business then speak to Mark who will look after you from the start and make a sometimes difficult process very easy. Highly recommended. Well done.

We have just sold our house with Cassidy & Tate, Marshalswick. It was an incredibly quick and smooth process. The team at Cassidy & Tate were amazing, especially Hannah who was calm and on top of everything. She made what can be a stressful experience hassle free by being all over the detail.
