Good Day Minde,
We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best gaming experience.
I completely understand your disappointment. Waiting for a few days for your deposit to be posted can be inconvenient as we realize that you would love to play and have some entertainment.
In most circumstances, the deposit reflects immediately on your account; however, there may be times when the payment service provider is experiencing technical difficulties.
I'd love to look into your account and find out what happened.
We want to emphasize that one of our company's primary principles is maintaining our players' delight and satisfaction, and we strive hard to achieve this.
Kind Regards,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience.
We offer rapid, dependable withdrawals with minimal delay on most payment options, ensuring that you always have access to your winnings as soon as possible.
Because most banks are only open on weekdays, most businesses do not process payments on weekends.
Additionally, if your account has been validated and we have all of the relevant information, we will generally complete your withdrawal within 24 hours. However, the payment provider determines the time it takes for the actual amount to be credited to your payment account. For example, transferring money to a credit card can take up to 5 days. Meanwhile, bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
Thank you for your utmost understanding.
If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Casino Rocket

Pure Thieves!
They are making up reasons why not to approve your withdrawal request. That's No.1. No. 2 you can only withdraw €1000 a day, €4000 a week, if you somehow manage to get paid. The communication is dreadful and promised them to trash them on every single review website and to report them to a Gambling Commission. They are thieves and as such they need to disappear from online gambling. Avoid them, don't deposit any money here. You won't get your winnings!!!

They will not payout thier customer support team will fob you off for days looking for this and that which I sent everything bar the pants I was wearing then they totally ignored me.
It is clear that this is something that they are trained to do if you read more of Trustpilot reviews my regret is i didnt read reviews before joining this scam site.
They probably think i will just accept them not paying my winnings and move on but they are under estimating pissing off an Irishman and should know irish never give up
Oh i forgot to mention they had already paid out 8n 1 win bless them:) but funnily enough when i won a 2nd time they had no details to pay me but the payment doesnt come from casino rocket it comes from CT Holycorn N.V. who owns casino rocket.funny how they lost my details between wins my 2n win was bigger than 1st maybe thats why.
Oh and by the way dont get taking in by the answers from their customer support team on reviews, all lies
Please any victims of this site yes you are a victim they are witholding your money yes your money it belongs to you so please report them.
Got a reply from their support team as you see asking me to send my email to them but no contact details to send it thats because they have been reading my emails i have been sending them.i have been emailing them for 2 weeks are they for real what a sham they have my email and have no intention of resolving this not a hope in hell. These reples are all fake and lies
Again they ask for my email but read it have they provided a contact to send my email to that be be a big fat NO what are we dealing with here can anyone tell me.
As I said earlier in my review customer support just fob you of have they provided a contact email NO will they NO.so they just proved me right.
They have my email address and i have sent them numerous emails and i know they are reading them but they cant block me because that would prove they already have it.
Going into week 3 still no contact from so called support
Dont bother reporting this scam site lets say there are pockets being filled if you know what i mean. My advice stay well clear of casino rocket an absolute pure scam.

Hello Paddy,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and concerns with us.
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. This is not at all how we want any of our players to feel.
Please keep in mind that the verification process may take some time. When a document is unclear or if a document that was initially requested or expected from you is missing, this is a common cause of delay.
If that's the case, you'll be told what you need to supply and how the document or image should appear.
Furthermore, all payment methods utilized should be confirmed as a license holder obligation.
If you could kindly supply me with your email address, I would be more than happy to look into
your account.
I can fully understand if your disappointment from previous communications has contributed to this concern. We can assure you that we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and would like this opportunity to correct any possible wrongdoings and get the best possible resolution for you regarding your withdrawal. The only way for me to do this is to locate your account with your email address if you would be so kind as to provide it.
Please provide us with your email address here, and we will be able to email you directly to assist with the issue as well as locate your account.
Sincerely,

Worst online casino I've ever played in my 13 years of online casinos
After being signed up with rocket casino for around 2 months, I have been experiencing inconsistencies with thier cash back for wagered losses. I have advanced through 6 tiers of thier loyalty program earning 1 point for every $150 wagered with a resulting total of 753 points (that's approximately $113,000 wagered without any bonuses). As for taking a profit from any of my sessions it's a %100 loss rate. Never being in profit after a session. Their RTP is definitely not what is says.
I have been in discussions with my vip manager regarding how the whole VIP program works. I am unable to get any clarification from the numerous emails we have exchanged. This leed me to 'actually' reading the terms and conditions...
Through doing this I cross referenced rocket casino with 2 other online casinos available in my area. Rocket casino is by far the worst performer in many areas such as daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, with them being 1/4 of what is offered by thier competitors. Not to mention the way it reads is that rocket casino are able to make and change decisions regarding thier loyalty program amongst many other areas of thier terms and conditions.
There are so many better casinos online to choose from that actually value thier customers and policies.
I will be closing my account and taking my money somewhere else where atleast it doesn't feel like I am being scamed.

Hello Lifenest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and feedback with us.
I understand that you have compared our casino to others and that your RTP and cashback program are not up to par.
We constantly review our policies and procedures to provide our players with the best possible experience.
Please know that other casinos may offer various programs or higher percentages of bonuses. We offer a cashback program for eligible players, and the terms and conditions are communicated. We review our programs regularly to ensure it remains competitive and rewarding for our players.
As for understanding the VIP program, it is a level reached where you receive exclusive offers from your personal VIP manager. These offers could range anywhere between free spins or cashback offers. If you were to clarify what you would like to know about the program, we would be more than happy to provide you with the correct explanation.
We can only speak on behalf of Casino Rocket, and as always, we would like your experience with us to be exciting and fun - more about the entertainment.
We will gladly review your account to see if we can offer any other advice. For this, please provide your email address.
One of our company's primary principles is preserving our players' satisfaction and enjoyment, and we strive hard to achieve this.

$1397 confiscated by rocketcasino for doing nothing wrong
I deposited $50 did not ask for bonus but got given extra $50 so I proceeded to play normally and got up a considerable amount about $1000 so I wanted to withdraw but couldn't because I need to wager a certain amount (fair enough) so I kept playing until I waggered enough to be able to withdraw I was really happy because a got up to $1397 so I requested to withdraw and got congratulated by the rocketcasino person I was talking to , the next day I get an email saying my winnings have been confiscated because I exceeded the max wagger amount during using bonus money which I never even wanted just like that took all my $1397 for doing something I wasn't even aware off I was absolutely devastated it was the worst feeling of being ripped of and cheated out of 1300$ it still hurts thinking about it so unfair

No Payouts Accepted (Visa/bank/crypto/Ewallet)
I Deposited $400 in 1 day and lost.
I managed to win $75 on a loyalty bonus ($75 is max cashout for “loyalty bonus” which is very low)…
I tried to withdrawal to my Visa card, and they declined it and said to use another payment method.
So I tried Ecopayz (Ewallet) and withdrawal was declined with no reason.
The Minimum cashout for bank transfer is $200!!?? That is ridiculous for a casino especially when the max win with a loyalty bonus is $75, I’m sure you can see where this is going?
So I was left with Crypto as a last ditch effort to withdraw my money, of course I hate using crypto to deposit and withdrawal but as a last ditch effort I thought I would try.
They said I needed to make a deposit with crypto to withdraw to one of the methods. So I attempted to deposit with Bitcoin/dogecoin/usdT/lite coin but all crypto methods have been blocked on my casinorocket account.
The live chat are not helpful, they keep saying they will send your issue to the relevant team who never get back to you.
As someone who was sceptical about gambling here to begin with I must say Do not play here. I have been gambling online for 6 years.
My bank also informed me that any company can withdrawal to your Visa card, and I know this is true as big sites like videoslots/party casino etc all pay to Visa cards.
All good websites allow people to withdraw to your bank for $10-20 minimum, not this casino with $200 minimum bank withdrawal.
And the only E-wallet they offer to withdrawal with is ecopays that does not work as they canceled it without reason.
All Crypto deposit options have clearly been blocked on my account, after they said to make a first deposit in crypto to withdraw your money to that method it won’t load for me.
I have no other options to withdraw my wagered “loyalty bonus”
Do not recommend!!

Hello, HBlade
We are sorry that you weren't able to get your winnings.
Your feedback is extremely important and will be noted accordingly.
To answer your withdrawal concern - yes, it is true that for making a withdrawal, the relevant method should be verified as well. Thus, to be able to withdraw via a specific payment method added to the account, a deposit should be made.
We would like to check your gaming account in a more detailed way to find a solution, please send us your email address and full name associated with your gaming account to this address: support@casinorocket.com
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Anthony Sheppard,
Thank you for providing this.
We want to congratulate you on your winnings but at the same time, we would like to apologize for the experience you had with cashing out your winnings.
As you know, passing the verification is part of the withdrawal process, especially by depositing with cryptocurrencies, which is not an exception, all the deposit methods should be confirmed appropriately.
And, if the photo is cropped or the receipt you provided has an incorrect or unclear reference number, our payments team will decline the document. However, you will be given instructions on how to upload it correctly.
Still have extra questions? Feel free to reach us, and we will answer all of them!

Dear Pat,
Thank you for your feedback!
I want to assure you that we always try to provide the best service to our players.
Sometimes withdrawals via credit cards are not available in your region. The reason for this is the payment provider's inability of processing such transactions due to technical reasons on their side.
Due to that fact, as an alternative, we kindly ask our customers to request a withdrawal with the Bank Transfer payment method. Besides, it is the most secure and reliable option!
In order for us to provide you with a clear answer and find the best solution, would you be so kind to provide the email address under which your account on Rocket is registered?
