No hassle, no runaround, just a straightforward transaction and a price you felt was fair. That is exactly how we believe the experience should be. Thank you for trusting Cash for Gold USA with your items and giving our team the opportunity to earn your business. We appreciate the great feedback and hope to work with you again!
Shady, shady, shady
Just like my previous experience with these people, another a low-ball first offer. I thought I’d give this place another chance. This time the second offer was more than twice their first offer but nowhere near melt. Third offer a $100 more. The melt value was TWICE their best offer.
In addition, after having two sources verify a bracelet was 20-22k (inc GIA-trained staff), they insisted it was 14k.
Every time I asked for my items back, I receive excuses why they haven’t returned my gold. Each time they give me an unsolicited low offer, they seem to reset their return clock. I’m constantly promised the items would be returned. My items have been with this company for almost two weeks. I have no idea what they did with the over $6500 in gold I sent them.
Read the BBB reviews. Don’t trust their reviews. Use AI, a scale and a gold testing kit (or validate kt by a reputable source) to know what you have before you send anything OR find another place you can trust to sell your gold.
Shady, shady, shady. RUN!

I was absolutely blown away by your customer service! Everyone was so helpful and they let me know each and every step of the way: processing, appraisal, offer, acceptance check, tracking my check. I mean they deserve way more than 5 stars, believe me. And everything was professional, organized, and very prompt. I’m so over impressed with Cash for Gold U.S.A. and I definitely will not use anyone else. You’ll have my business for life. Thank you all so much for everything. My experience was outstanding.

We appreciate the question and are glad you reached out rather than being left wondering about the numbers. Appraisals and offers can differ based on factors such as the actual precious metal content, condition, and resale potential of the items received. Our team is always happy to explain how a specific offer was calculated and how any promotional bonus was applied. The fact that you already requested another kit means a lot to us. Thank you for continuing to trust Cash for Gold USA, and we look forward to working with you on your next package!
