Great experience
I have had a great experience only problem we have to pay the account out before we can get more money or renew the account that's what keep me afloat but I have never had any trouble renewing my account I thank you all and appreciate CASH FACTORY USA.

Company refused to send me any form of documentation explaining how I accrued double what my original loan anount. I was blindsided when I went to make my last payment and was told I owed $800 dollars somehow even tho my account online continued to show me I was up to date even after they claimed I owed them. When I emailed multiple times and called multiple representatives, no one would send me any information claiming it was all on the website. As I waited for answers the total became $2,300, on a loan for $1,000, that I had already completed payment's on.

The agreement between me and cash factory was not fulfilled. There was a payment payment plan between me and cash factory after days of the agreement my account was put to a third party buyer.
