Hey Maria,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you felt the Lux Cool case was too slim for your liking. Our Lux Cool series is designed to be a sleek, lightweight option — and naturally, the slimmer you make a case, the less rigid it may feel in hand compared to bulkier styles.
That said, it does sound like the case did its job: your phone itself remained protected, and only the screen protector (which wasn’t purchased from us) was damaged in the drop. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, but we’re glad the device was safe.
If you’re looking for something sturdier and more rugged in the future, we’d recommend our Lux Impact series, which offers dual-layer protection while still showcasing the artwork.
We appreciate your honest feedback — it helps us guide customers to the style that best fits their needs.

The case is really cool but unfortunately it’s ruined as the company has decided to stick their name at the bottom and it’s not exactly small either. Bad form Case X. It’s cost you a potential customer and future sales.

Thanks for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you think the case itself is really cool! We understand that the branding at the bottom isn’t everyone’s preference. We include our logo for consistency and brand identity, but we truly appreciate hearing your thoughts.
Your feedback helps us as we continue improving, and we’ll definitely take it into consideration for future designs. We’re grateful you gave us a try and hope we’ll get the chance to win you back down the road. 💛

Hey Allison,
We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. A 27-day delivery time is definitely longer than we aim for, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. While most of our orders arrive within 7–14 business days, occasional customs delays or courier issues can unfortunately extend the timeline, and we’ll be reviewing this to see what went wrong.
As for the case itself, our goal is to deliver unique, artist-driven designs with durable printing methods that you won’t find in a typical store. That said, we take your feedback seriously, and we’d love the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at info@casexkingdom.com
, and our team will be happy to work on a solution together.
Thank you for giving us a try — your feedback helps us improve both our products and our service.

Shipping was actually really fast
Shipping was actually really fast, came the day before the earliest estimated date. The print is spot on and the case is fine. The one edge on the back of the case is a little rough, almost like a sharp edge compared to the rest. I wish I would’ve ordered the lux cool case in this design instead of the matte lux case.

Hey Caitlyn,
Thank you so much for the great review! We’re glad to hear your order arrived faster than expected and that you’re happy with the print quality. 🙌
We appreciate your feedback about the Matte Lux case — its slim design can sometimes feel a little sharper on the edges compared to our Lux Cool or Lux Impact styles. If you’d like, feel free to reach out to us at info@casexkingdom.com
and we’d be happy to help you with a discounted upgrade to the Lux Cool version in the same design.
We really appreciate your support and your honest feedback — it helps us keep improving! 💛

Awesome phone case, perfect fit!
This case fits perfect and looks great! That said, the only bad thing was it took a bit to get here to texas so was a bit anxious until it arrived. Sometimes coming so far, things can get damaged but it arrived in perfect shape and as my title says, this is an awesome case that fits my phone perfectly, thanks!!!!!!!

Hi Ari,
Thanks for your feedback — we’re glad you like the look of the case, but we’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the fit. In many cases, this can happen if there are individual camera lens protectors installed, as they can prevent the case from snapping on properly in the corners.
We’d love to help get this sorted for you — could you please reach out to us at info@casexkingdom.com with a photo of the issue? Our team will review it right away and work with you on a solution.

I’m giving 4 stars because CaseX was a good experience in ordering and having the order prepared timely.
However I would recommend they don’t use UniExpress as a shipping carrier. They were the worst and I got my order almost two weeks later for the driver to finally listen to my instructions

Thank you for your feedback — we’re really glad you liked the design, but we’re sorry to hear the case didn’t meet your expectations in terms of protection.
Our Matte Lux cases are designed to be thin, lightweight, and form-fitting, which is noted in the product description and also reflected in the protection level meter on each case page. These cases are ideal for showcasing vibrant designs while offering everyday protection from scratches and minor drops.
