Ordering the incorrect size doesn’t mean we made a mistake, and in these cases, our return policy requires return shipping to be covered by the customer.

That said, we always try to be fair — which is why our team offered both a discounted reorder option and the choice of a partial refund instead of a full return. If the item had been faulty or if an error had occurred on our end, we would’ve happily replaced it at no cost.
