Case Furniture Arvostelua

Very helpful, Anna sent me 2 pics of the rug I was viewing as I was unsure of the colour.
Slight delay in delivery as going to Northern Ireland but Anna followed up the delivery company and rug arrived
within days
Very happy with the rug, exactly what I wanted,
and the service was very good.
Thank you Anna and Customer service team

Great product and service from buying the guys who delivered the table and chairs were also excellent.

The company processed the order efficiently and speedily and kept me well informed of the dispatch and delivery schedule. The item was exactly as pictured, described and expected and arrived on time and appropriately packed.

I bought two black Fin coat hooks for my hallway. They look really great - very modern and scandi. I actually see these coat hooks in trendy restaurants in the city where I live. They look just like the photos on the website and are high quality. One slightly unexpected thing was that the two I bought weren't identical in size; one was ever so slightly smaller. It's noticeable when you put the two next to each other, but only if you're looking for it. I was a little surprised by this given the price of the hooks - I'd expect them to be manufactured with a higher degree of precision. But as I said it's only noticeable if you're looking for it, and I'm still happy with my purchase. Where else can you find coat hooks this cool?

Table came with a small dent. Was well wrapped so must have been damaged on packing. Shame good service otherwise

We were looking for a chair and tried Heals who in turn recommended Case Furniture. We went to their showroom in Clapham where the staff were extremely helpful. The chair was delivered to us in a few days and we are very pleased with the overall experience.

Our order for bedside tables was processed very promptly and we are delighted with the items. They are sturdy, well-constructed and roomy. The matt oak finish is exactly what I was looking for, although I would have like drawer as well as a shelf.
The order arrived exactly as notified and was very well packed.

Fantastic service and beautiful, comfortable furniture. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful items, delivered really quickly and kept up to date at every step

We purchased a beautiful oak side table from Case Furniture and not only are we delighted by the product we found our dealing with this company to be smooth and hassle free. We will certainly look to this company again for other pieces and would not hesitate to recommend them

Everything was straightforward and efficient with my order. Good company to order from.

They have well designed products and I bought a pepper/salt grinder as a present. It arrived via courier earlier than expected and my experience with the shop in terms of communication was excellent. When unpacked I was so pleased with how smartly it presented itself on the table as well as the grinding functionality which can sometimes be problematic and difficult to adjust. Can only recommend and was refreshing to have this hands-on service.

Beautiful table. I highly recommend.

Great email communication from the sales team with clear delivery instructions and an attached invoice. Delivery was prompt and am delighted with the Mouro rechargeable light. Love its practical rotating lamp and its portable, sturdy steel frame.

There was a lot of range and choice of quality and unique products. Easy to use website and fast delivery. Very happy with everything.

Excellent service from start to finish. We love our table and chairs from Case Furniture. We've had some of the items for 4 years now and they still look like they are new, very good quality. Thank you.

Great customer service from start to finish, and a beautifully designed table that was actually in stock! The latter being important right now because, with so many global supply chain issues, many interiors retailers increasingly take payment before revealing the item you just ordered is not actually in stock as advertised but subject to a long lead time. And I rarely say this but the delivery too was great! Two guys delivered the table, set it up in position and removed all packaging. A great purchasing experience - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Case Furniture.

We ordered a Cross table and 6 chairs. Table looks fantastic in our kitchen and delivery experience was super easy

We purchased several Trove boxes...perfect product for our shower room.
