Case Furniture Arvostelua

Amazing customer service and support as well as beautiful furniture.

Excellent and personal service. The table arrived as promised and was perfect for the application.

Very pleased with the furniture and service!

I have a number of Case products and am delighted with them. They are modern classics, timeless, and well made. The look, the feel, the thoughtful design gives so much pleasure.
Case are easily ahead of Heals or Conran in terms of the quality of their products, value for money, customer service and delivery.

The dining chairs I ordered from Case are beautiful, practical and superbly well made and all at a great price.

Great garden table and chairs. Solid construction. Priced well. Delivery etc smooth. Will go back for other stuff.

Delighted with the style and quality of our dining chairs. Good price and delivery on time.

Excellent delivery, very reliable, quick and on time.
Table looks lovely and great quality.

Amazing products and first class customer communications and quick delivery.

I ordered a chair at Case. The delivery company TNT was horrible but the customer service by Case is exceptional. Thank you Aoife for handling the delivery and chasing the shipment for me!

Case are a great UK company. I love the (outdoor) furniture I've bought. The sofa is really comfortable and looks great. On top of that they were all really nice to deal with in every way - I would highly recommend them (as in fact I have been doing already).

A very smooth transaction, good communication from its customer service team throughout – with products delivered on time

I bought an extending dining table from case. The arranging of delivery was very professional, with regular communication from the company. The delivery included assembly which was helpful. The table itself is nice and feels sturdy and of good quality. The extension however seems to be a slightly different colour from the rest of the table, but this is not too noticeable.

This company give a fantastic service over and above the level expected from a furniture retail outlet. I ordered a table and within two days it was ready to be delivered when I noticed rather embarrassed, that I had ordered the wrong colour.

Due for delivery next day I e-mailed at 7.15pm to declare my error and beg could they change the delivery and colour. 15 minutes later they called me to say dont worry and that they would resolve it. Two days later they delivered with the right colour and at no charge. Their staff Andy, Aoife, Anna and Paul were so helpful and polite the experience was utterly refreshing. I would definitely recommend them and use Case for future purchases.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. Prompt smooth delivery. Highly recommend.

Visited the store in Clapham London, and the member of staff present was very helpful and friendly. Was able to try out some different tables I was looking at. It was quick and easy to purchase in store and the delivery was soon after. The delivery people also put the table together which was great. Very pleased overall with the service and quality of my new table!

It was straightforward to place the order. We were kept informed of delivery details and the delivery men were excellent. The chairs are beautiful and we are enjoying using them

Love the furniture. It looks so good and is of an excellent quality and design. I would certainly recommend. Regular contact from customer service and only to happy to help. Delivery was good too.
