Great website and great product. I bought the Arco stainless steel watch and love it. I was sceptical at first due to the number of ads and discounts and bad reviews, however my experience was very different. The shipping took about 2 weeks. The unboxing was very neat where the atention to detail was great. Overall a great experience! I am looking forward to getting the caratello as my next watch!

A friend asked me about it on day one, and I've had more compliments on this than on watches that cost me five times as much.

What really won me over, though, is the strap system. Five interchangeable straps in the box — four alligator leathers and the steel bracelet — and swapping them takes seconds. I go steel for work and one of the leathers on weekends. It genuinely feels like owning several watches.

The build quality punches way above its price. The 316 steel case feels solid without being heavy, and after weeks of daily wear — showers, travel, everything — not a mark on it. The packaging with the handcrafted box and leather travel case was also a lovely touch. Felt like unwrapping a gift even though I bought it for myself.

This was the worst experience ever. Placed my order in January and I only received it in April. I really want my money back but I know that will take another 6 months to get to me, so I didn't even bother. I wish I could get my refund.

Receiving my new watch was such an exciting experience. Opening the beautifully built box to reveal the stunning time piece and accessories was like Christmas morning. I had seen the watch in advertisements for some time and finally decided to pull the trigger. The watch is even more beautiful in person. I feel so elegant when wearing it and it completes my outfits perfectly. I cannot wait until the rose gold version is back in stock. This is a must have and is an excellent gift for someone special in your life.

I purchased 3 pieces from Cascalia and they have quickly become my favourite daily wear jewelery. Rose gold and silver pieces both look clean and do not tarnish easily. All three have held up well over heavy use due to good quality clasps.
