From the initial phone call to the delivery of the car, the service was fantastic. Ed asked plenty of questions, so he knew what I was looking for in a car. He then started to send photos and details of potential cars and over a week or so we together honed exactly what it was I wanted. Once a decision was made, Ed acquired the car, had it valeted and serviced, before delivering it to my door. I was then able to drive it with him, before the money was transferred.

I had not purchased a vehicle in the UK before and Ed made this process so fast and easy. He sourced a great car for me that fitted all my requirements and delivered it within a week. I also got a quote for a similar (newer and lower mileage) car for a lower price and I spoke with Ed about it. Ed chased this down for me and actually contacted the dealer that the car was supposed to be from and found out it was an elaborate online scam as the dealer did not have anyone working for them by that name. I didn’t have to go searching all over the country and the car was delivered to me, where Ed talked me through all the features and took me for a drive.
