Terrible, no communication whatsoever. Product never arrived. Don’t buy because they won’t respond to refund requests either. What a sad excuse of a business.

I bought a CarPlay screen from…
I bought a CarPlay screen from Carsosa.com for my VW Passat, and overall, I’m really impressed. The screen is super sharp, responsive, and it connected to my iPhone without any issues. It honestly feels like I’ve got a brand-new infotainment system, and driving has become way more convenient now that I can use Spotify and Google Maps hands off.
Delivery was fast enough, which was a nice bonus!
The only downside I’ve experienced is that the boot-up time is a bit slow when I start the car—it takes around 10 seconds to fully load. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
Overall though, I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Carsosa to anyone looking to upgrade their car tech affordably.

Terrible experience with Carsosa
The business looked great so i bought an apple car play for my A1. It was complicated to fit despite the website saying it was straight forward. With no experience with cars, it required me to take the glove box out and remove wires with little guidance. When i tried to reach out to the company they would reply here and there but never provided advice or support. They said twice they would come out and help me fit it as i am local, i understand they are likely busy but then they would just ignore messages and not set a date. Eventually i had to pay more money for someone else to fit it, they were apple carplay specialists who have done some of my friends fittings and have been perfect. Once they fitted mine they did everything to make it work - it didn't. So disappointed as this was for my very 1st car and £300 wasted and the company doesn't seem to care.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and how much frustration this has caused, especially with it being your first car, that should have been an exciting upgrade, not a stressful one. We completely understand how disappointing it is when installation doesn’t go as smoothly as expected.
We always try to make the fitting process as clear as possible, but some Audi models do require glove box access depending on the MMI setup, and that can make the install trickier. I apologise that our communication fell short and that we didn’t manage to arrange the fitting visit as promised.

Terrible customer service
This has been a terrible experience—customer service is virtually nonexistent. I sent multiple emails and messages but received no response. I’m now waiting for a refund and can only hope it doesn’t take weeks. It’s a real shame, as the product looked fantastic. If someone from customer service had simply provided updates or details, I might have been willing to wait.

I purchased Apple Carplay, which came with a 12month, but after 11 months the device completely cut out for three days. I got in contact via whatsapp where i was asked some questions for verification but I have heard nothing since and it has been a month. It seems this company are happy to take your money but not happy to provide after sales service. Be aware

Great product but awful awful customer…
Great product but awful awful customer services. Misplaced a small connection wire while changing cars and contacted them to ask to buy a replacement which they said would be possible and just asked me to confirm the right one. It has been 4 months since then, persistently messaging them and trying to contact them in any way possible with absolutely no response. Meaning my car play which I spent hundreds on is useless. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Works perfectly!
Good response on WhatsApp, helpful advice and fitting video. Product was perfect for what we needed, not simple - but not super hard to fit. Works great, very happy! Always sceptical buying from new websites but we're very happy with the results. The unit itself works really well, smooth scrolling, good refresh rate. It's a matt touch-screen, not glossy - but looks classy. Fitting took about 2-3 hours - we hit a few snags as we've never done this before - but ironed them out in the end. Fits well and looks good. As an aftermarket solution at a half decent price - 100% happy to recommend.

I love!
It was very easy to install and works perfectly! I was having issues with my old wire connecting so got in contact and they responded straight away. Once I replaced the wire I’ve had no issues, the screen looks amazing and it’s really upgraded my car

Customer service and product issues
I installed the product as pr instruction but it it did not power on. I then tried to contact the support team both via WhatsApp chat and email without any response. After a while I decided to uninstall it and return it for refund. I now shipped it it almost a month ago and have not heard back from them or received my money back.

Unit unusable and had no response
So I ordered a headunit for my MK5 Golf R32 and everything went smoothly, arrived when estimated for. Fitted the headunit on 03/02/2025 but within a week it had become stuck on the loading screen and didn’t do anything else. So I contacted Carsosa via email twice, used their WhatsApp option on the website and even tried their Instagram. I have had 0 response from them and it is now the 17/02/2025. I will be sending the headunit back for a refund however I am very hesitant due to having no response and spending £260 on something that doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed.
