I ordered a set 1/3/26, payment went thru really fast, however, after waiting and waiting and sending emails asking about the order, I found the order # didn't exists and only got messages back telling me to be patient. 😡then waited another week or so and still nothing, no confirmation it will be coming, nada. After several more or unreturned emails I got a vague message saying my order shopped 1/20/26, but that was it. FedEx says they may have it but it never moved from NY! So after 1/27/26 and no reply from carsilks I had credit card cancel the order and I think it's a scam! Apparently carsilks doesn't value customer service and I wonder if it will ever show up, if it does eventually arrive, I will return it cuz I really don't believe it's coming, as I said, my order doesn't exist when I tracked it to carsilks and no one will let me know a time frame of delivery, after about a month it seems it's just bullshit and lip service.
2/5/26:still nothing, just more bullshit. I was told it would arrive 2/3/26, as expected:nothing but more lame excuses. Avoid this place and get your mats elsewhere, save yourself the aggravation. Oh, and be patient.🤣🤣🤣🖕

I ordered a set of rugs and waited a little over three weeks for delivery, which was longer than I expected. I contacted customer service to ask about the delay, but the response didn't feel very helpful, which was frustrating. When the rugs arrived, I checked and installed them the same day. The quality itself seemed fine and usable for everyday purpose. However, the lack of clear communication during the wait had already affected the overall experience.

Because of the delivery delay and the way my concerns were handled, I'm not satisfied with the purchase, even though the product quality was acceptable.

Ordered a set of these for my 2023 pacifica. First of all the order took forever to arrive even though we are located in the same province and they show "Canadian" company but highly suspect they get it from overseas and are falsely promoting Canadian symbolism, hence the extremely long wait time for delivery.

In terms of quality, these are ridiculously overpriced as they advertise non slide , design and durability and whatnot but for 3 hundred dollars canadian these mats are a complete rip off. The only difference from these and the $80 set that is very, very similar I purchased on eBay for my Lincoln aviator for $80. Is these have some tabs that slide underneath panels in the vehicle, which do not do much.

Would never purchase a set of these again or will recommend anyone would much rather purchase an eighty dollar almost identical product from ebay.

I started by ordering a dashmat for my car. 1 1/2 months went by so I sent an inquiry about the order. About 7 days later, I received an answer that said they were unable to make me a dashmat, and if I would like a refund or a replacement with something else. So I picked out some floor mats with my car embroidered on them. So they said ok that will be an extra $90. So I paid it. Almost 2 more months went by and I sent another email. About 7 days later I received one back saying it should be done in 5 days and they would send me the tracking #. We'll 2weeks later I sent another email. They never replied, I received a tracking update. After months of waiting I finally received my mats. First thing I noticed was there was NO EMBROIDERY on them and they do NOT fit well at all. They shift and move . Very dissatisfied. I sent them another email and received no reply at all. I was hoping you could put pictures on here. Guess not.

I'm pretty positive this company is a scam. I ordered mats over 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but bad communication since. They have claimed to have shipped my products but haven't sent a shipping confirmation. When I asked to cancel my order. They said I had to do it within 6 hours of my purchase. That's an insane small window of time. At this point I just hope I can dispute the charges with my bank.

My order was placed in November and I was charged. Two weeks later I received an email that my order could not be filled. I have tried getting a refund and as of yet am still waiting. I will be moving forward with whatever I can do. Its the point that you took my money and admitted you could not fulfil my order. Where is my money?????

Order was hassle free.
Took 4 weeks to get here which was advertised. Was able to track package. Took a whole 10min to install and the fit looks great. Should have ordered the rear also. 👍👍

This is one of the worst products I've ever purchased. first they took forever to arrived. when they arrived the car seats came with no instructions and the final product was poor quality. The fit was bad, there were threads hanging out everywhere and price was expensive and not worth it whatsoever. the covers were for 2021 F150 and I refused to put them on my truck.

These people are criminals. DO NOT waste your money. They are a chinese company with a canadian address. They do not have a customer service phone number. Front page of their website says "30 days money back". It's a lie. I wrote in to cancel my order 24 hours after making it because my wife had purchased mats for me from another company as a surprise. NOPE. You must cancel within 5 hours. A month later the floor mats showed up and they don't fit anyway. And you must SHOW video of them not fitting and still can't get a refund. Biggest fraud on the internet.

Ordered a trunk liner for my Audi Q8. Took 6+ weeks to deliver and when I did get them they were wrapped in a trash bag crumpled. When unpacked they had creases and were misshapen. But worse they did not fit even if they were not curled and creased.
Sent emails to them and finally got a response where they pulled out a BS 5 day return policy that was not met. When I pointed out to them how ridiculous it was to have a 5 day return policy when it took more than 5 days just to lay them out to get flat enough to even attempt to install. They responded by saying their production team would look at the problem and get back to me. That was a month ago. The product did not fit and their "support" is non existent.

This issue began in November and remains unresolved.

I ordered a full set of mats after selecting my exact vehicle (make, model, and year) from Carsilks’ website dropdowns, which implies proper fit. Pricing throughout checkout was shown in Canadian dollars, however the charge was processed in USD, resulting in a total cost of nearly $500 CAD once converted — something that was not clearly disclosed.

After Carsilks confirmed they could not manufacture the main floor mats and could not guarantee fit, I cancelled the order. Carsilks acknowledged the cancellation and advised a refund would be issued.

Despite this:

The order was shipped anyway

The shipment was incomplete (only a rear mat arrived)

Tracking showed no movement for weeks and the Shop app incorrectly showed the order as delivered

Multiple follow-ups were required to get any response

No refund has been provided

The mat that did arrive does not fit my vehicle, is very thin, and is far below expectations — it looks nothing like the videos or images shown in Carsilks’ advertising. It was also not built to the ordered specification (black stitching instead of the white stitching selected).

The order should never have shipped, the product delivered was incomplete, incorrect, and misleadingly represented, and customer service has been extremely poor. I am out nearly $500 and have no usable product and no meaningful response.

I would not recommend Carsilks based on this experience.

Do not , under any circumstances, do business with this company. They are thieves and con artists stealing peoples money. Ordered seat covers for front seats of my car. They sent me seat covers for the back seats. Asked that they be replaced with correct covers. They asked for pictures of covers they sent me. I complied. Then they wanted a video of me installing them. I complied but it doesn't matter. They are the wrong covers that need to be replaced with covers I ordered. Now they send me an installation video to follow and ask for another video of me installing covers using this video. Again, it's irrelevant. They are the wrong covers. The whole Carsilks operation is a scam. I now have asked for a complete refund. Ain't gonna happen. Please, someone put these pieces of shit in prison.

In Carsilks response to my review, they talk about a fitment problem with the car seat covers. From the beginning, this was not a fitment problem and they know that. They are pathological liars. My original complaint was that the seat covers were the wrong covers. The red diamond print design on them was for the rear seats, not the front seats which I ordered. The design on the front is different and more elaborate than the design on the rear covers. Go on their website and see for yourself. They will take the money and run instead of standing behind their product. Most companys would submit a return authorization and issue the correct product or a complete refund. Not these people. Just look at the reviews in trust pilot. 55% of reviews are 1 star. That is hard to believe. How do they even stay in business. I wish I had read them before I ordered from them. Won't make that mistake again. Do not take a chance with Carsilks. You will probably regret it.

Do not do business with this company!! Ordered floor and trunk mats for my BMW Z3M, several emails went back and forth about trunk mat, wanting picture of my trunk which didn’t make any sense, can’t make a mat from a pic, but sent anyway only to be notified they couldn’t make it. Order was already paid for through PayPal, Time went by and never received the floor mats, attempted to respond to CARSILKSSupport numerous times requesting either complete my order for floor mats or refund with no response. Now two months later, filed claim with PayPal!
Do not buy from this company!

My review of this company remains the same, no action or response from CarSilks until I filed a claim through PayPal! PayPal has reimbursed me for CarSilks bad business practices, do not recommend for anyone to do business with this company!

Took my money never sent product, won't respond to my emails, they don't have a phone number to call. This company is scamming people!

The mats don’t fit. I asked for refund. They have not answered me. The car seats and trunk mat have not shown up even though they were ordered in early November 2025. I am convinced this company is a scam

I bought mats for my car from Carsilks. I purchased front, rear and trunk mats. I only received the front and rear mats. I was unhappy with the quality. I wrote to them, told them the trunk mat never arrived and asked for a refund. They told me the trunk mat was sent to an address in Jersey. I live in Maine. I again asked for a refund. They responded to my request with their request for videos and pictures. I provided all they requested. They asked why I wanted a refund. I repeated that I was missing the trunk mat and the quality did not match their advertising. They asked for specifics about the quality which I provided. I told them I met all the requirements for a fund, point by point. After eleven emails they finally said they would not provide a refund. I have provided the email thread with them below. I still do not have the trunk mat.

Avoid this company, the car mats I’ve ordered took 41 days to arrive.
I did pay £120 for two front mats, when they finally arrive I noticed straight away that it’s not made of real leather as they advertise it on their website and what is even worse it’s that they do not fit properly and the Velcro is very poor quality and do not stick! I tried to contact carsilk I did speak to customer support and they not helpful they asked me for pictures then videos etc so I did and even after that they are stating that I did not install them correctly! They offered refund of $10. Every single email I sent I took them 3-4 days to reply there is no phone number you can call.
Avoid at all cost

This company is completely dishonest. You'll notice on their website a banner at the top promoting 30 Day returns. In reality, they give you 6 HOURS to request a return label. The problem is that no one answers the phone number, and you have to email a company that will respond when they choose. I requested a refund label 6 times, and they refused to send it. Also, I was charged for front and back seat covers, and only front seats were sent, because they would not send a return label. I'm now stuck with two front seat covers that don't fit well, and I don't use. This kind of company makes me not want to shop on the internet at all.

After having these floor mats for a couple months now gotten them dirty and then clean them they are solid nice and make the whole interior look better I plan on ordering the matching seat covers
